I have always gotten really good service with LV. They will make their orders good. I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin for years and if there was ever a mistake they would always make it right. I have always appreciated them and their service.
While I like the product choice and prices I cannot stop wondering who on earth programmed luckyvitamin.com website. I access it with Firefox and it always comes up with those repeated pop-ups, slowing down the ordering process and making the experience inferior. But recently they crossed the red line of the poor quality of their website. I was trying to order a product while using an account I started and I was ending at a page which was claiming that something went wrong. Nobody from the customer support people was able to figure out what was going on and eventually some guy said I should not use Firefox to access their website. He suggested Chrome or Explorer. What kind of bull... t is that? I have been shopping on line for centuries and I have always used Firefox without any problems. This is totally crazy attitude.
Any time 2 shipping methods like FedEx/USPS are combined to ship orders it's sloooow to receive them.
Customer service is rude.

I was led to reconsider this product with its nice, moist consistency and enjoyable flavor. My experience with credit by customer service rep after original disCONTENT with sucrose, besides considering enjoyment, contributed to recently purchasing 10 more. At about $5 for 10 oz., that may still get you free shipping. This is Now a favorite for the price, though I'd prefer no added sugar.
I've always been very happy with Lucky Vitamin, but this and my previous order charged me for shipping, even though both times during the order process I was told
I had qualified for free shipping, as had always happened in the past when I ordered $49 worth or more.
