The ethos and vibe of the company, family run and passionate about health and happy customers, is uplifting and inviting. I find the web-site easy to use, the product information clear, quick, and easy. I like the wish list and regimen list, and apparently they do autoship too.

The registering and check-out processes were all easy, quick, straight-forward, just the postal address box wouldn't let me correct one error so I have to contact Lucky Vitamin to do that.

Very Nervous. First time using this site. If all gos well i will come back. Its just a bit to much to ask me to review this site when for all i know it could end up being a nitemare. Please look after me'' I'm a new customer. Your business will look after itself if you look after your customers, especially your first time new customers.
Besides having having great difficulty with your web site, I was unable to create an account even though the screen showed all my information. Worst of all I was unable to print a full copy of my order showing all of the information.
