If you have any intentions of ordering from this website dont bother. I placed an order Dec 19,2017 and almost three months later still no DVD. I have emailed at least 25 times or more. Once a week or so I will get a response from Mickey. The last response was the owner was personally going to post my DVD. Guess she/he must of forgot to do it because of course still nothing. They were very quick to charge my Visa card. Total scam. Please at all costs stay away. Never order from this website.
I placed an order on 17/11/17 for 25 disc set of Adventures in Paradise.
The cost was $78.75USD including postage ($107.67 Australian dollars).
Incidentally, this was charged to my credit card on 18/11/17.
To date - I still have not received my order (Order no *******793).
Throughout my numerous emails - I have been advised that initially item was not in stock, then to be told YES it is now in stock & will be given priority to post order out.
Of course this never happened & after sending yet again another email, I received a response from Mickey (possibly Mickey Mouse for all I know!), stating NO it hasnt been sent & in fact is NOT in stock!
A long excuse was provided stating problems with staff as reason for not posting order yet. After yet another email to them - on 8/2/18 (almost 4 months after placing my order) I finally lost my patience & demanded an immediate full refund of my money!
Since then - SILENCE from Loving The Classics.
I now Realise that this is another SCAM & my advice to anyone considering ordering from them is - D O N T BOTHER!
Ordered "priority mail" status on 2/16. It's now 2/28! I; m in Massachusetts, there in Ohio. Priority mail is 3 days or less. I've asked for their phone number. No response. They want me to provide order number but never sent me an order number. They did take my money out of my bank account. Experts at EVASION!
I ordered a movie from this place MONTHS AGO and they never sent it.
Then, last month they sent an email saying they're backed up but will send it, but they didn't. I sent them an email, no answer.
The only thing they do well is charge your credit card.

Folks, I am telling you that this company is a sham! The dvds are terrible quality and if placing a mail order, you have to wait a million years to receive it! Over the years, this company has faced many lawsuits from customers that were not happy! I If you need a movie to buy, venture to Amazon, ebay or oldies.com for at least you can track your item with their services! Loving The Classics should be renamed Loving The Suckers because if you are dumb enough to buy from them, Then you are dumb enough to lose your money! Thank you for reading this!
This website is one big scam to get you to part with your money I placed a order for a film, paid for the film and never received the film, the order was placed in november and I am still waiting.If anyone out there is thinking about placing an order with them then my advice is forget it and go somewhere else.the reason you I gave it one star is it is the lowest and I don't think they deserve any stars.

I should like to amend my earlier review[2/17]. Having recieving order today, inow believe i was wrong in my belief. And while no intirely happy with service [ie>ten week wait on order 12/25] i now believe Loving The Classics to be a basically honest company, and should like to offer my apology john judd 4/16
Ordered a DVD in December. Did not receive the dvd nor does this company answer its phone. Will dispute the charge unless I hear from company.
No one returns calls/emails.

As an update to my prior review - AMEX investigated and refunded my money in full for order never received.
I ordered Dracula Saga on 31st October 2017 and i am still waiting, they have taken my money and never sent my movie. I've phoned them left messages on there now very full answer machine and emails which never have been answered. How do i get a refund please help anyone.
This is a follow up. I contacted Bank of America and gave them the time line on my order, the lack of a tracking number, the lack of communication, and supplied them with additional information I had found about this business concerning changing phone numbers, answering machines, inability to get a physical address, products ordered never arriving even six months later (and the phone number again changed), and also sent them the thousands of BBB complaints about this company. Thankfully BOA did an investigation into this company and promptly credited my account. I can only hope BOA was able to recoup the charge they paid out. I do agree that when a website is a complete scam, it is very misleading to force people to award even one star.
Complete scam! Credit card charged a month ago, never received an order confirmation, a shipping date, nothing resembling an actual on line business. Inquired and got one NON-answer as if my email inquiry had not even been read.
Have contacted by CC company. Tried to access my "account" on their website only to find out my password no longer works! "company" email is not answered, and appears to just be the email of an individual at a home address? Wish I had found THIS website before I lost over $50!

Avoid with prejudice. I've been trying for 4 months to get a refund. Sent multiple emails, submitted their "form" for customer service. It's a joke.

Was charged twice for the same order. Finally had to get my bank involved to credit my bank account for the duplicate payment. After 2 months I finally received my order. With broken cases from the mail in thin manila envelope & minus 1 DVD. I was told that movie was sold out. I asked for a refund for that movie. Was told she would give it to accounting. I'm still waiting for the refund after another month has went by. There has been No response with messages sent by phone & email. I will never order from this company again!
My old black and white film arrived on DVD, but will not play. I have tried it on 5 devices. Complete waste of time and money $US 28.49
I ordered a disk months ago which with exchange cost somewhere between 40 and 50 dollars. I emailed a couple months ago and no response. This site should definitely be put out of business!
