This seller is unreliable. I have ordered one dvd on 10.12.2019. On 25.03.2020 my dvd has not not been delivered yet. I have tried more than one time to know the status of my order and nobody has replied.
I ordered a fair amount of DVDs from them. They sent an email acknowledging the order. Then, I waited and waited. Nothing. I sent a customer service request. Nothing. I notified my credit card company to reverse the charges and bought basically the same DVDs elsewhere. After getting the DVDs from another source, my order finally arrived (this was more than 2 months after I ordered). I will not do business with this company again.
I ordered a DVD from this joke of a company more than three months ago Not only have I not received the title, my credit card has been charged on two separate occasions, under two separate names for this company From what I've been able to see online, they have at least four different addresses and phone numbers listed. Any attempts at contact via email will be ignored. Do yourself a solid favor and stay away from this circus, they will absolutely scam you and steal your money. There's over 100 complaints on the BBB website for these people, and I included one today for running a scam. I wish I had seen this website sooner.
After waiting almost 2 months with no explanation (even though I tried to contact them 4 times), my order finally arrived. The quality of their copied DVDs was so bad that we couldn't watch it! Do not order anything from these people!
Like so many other reviewers have said, I too should have read the reviews of this company before placing an order. Now, like so many, I am learning the hard way that this company is a total scam! I placed an order for one DVD on September 19,2019. It has now been 3 months, and after several inquires, in which none were answered; I still have not received my DVD. Now, just yesterday, they charged my credit card a SECOND time for the same amount as my original order! I called my credit card provider and had this company blocked from ever trying to charge my card again. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS!
I don't even want to get into all of the in's and outs and aggravation I dealt with working here. It's a memory that I have no desire to relive at this point. But the company is located in Pickering, Ohio, ships from a Westerville, Ohio Post-Office and is NOT located at 401 Mary Street in Jeannette PA. DO NOT send me any mail if you have a problem with this company. I cannot help you, I don't work there. I used to be a remote clerk with LTC but haven't worked there since April. Didn't notice my address on the website for awhile and all was quiet thinking that the point of my leaving was understood, suddenly I've started receiving returns and letters again and find my address back on the website. TAKE MY ADDRESS OFF OF THE WEBSITE, HEATHER!
I ordered a dvd of East Lynne from these folks on 12/8. I only received the automated response from them, nothing human related. I simply wanted either a tracking # or some idea of when I could expect the item. So after about 10 days, I emailed. Nothing. A couple days later, I filled out the ridiculous Customer Service form on their website. Nothing. I tried calling... oh, about 50 times. Nothing. In fact, my calls went to their voice mail box which was always full and not taking anymore messages. Of course, like an idiot, I emailed again to no avail. I called my bank (BOA) directly and explained what was going on and that this place had about a thousand negative reviews (almost exactly like mine) and that I wanted to cancel the order and get my $ back. BOA took care of it in about a day. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone, and I don't see why the BBB hasn't done something to shut them down. Based on the many identical complaints I've read online, they don't respond or deliver any product. Look elsewhere for what you want.
Ordered from them in June 2019. No goods received and no response to queries. Credit card provider reversed the transaction in September and I got my money back. Then, 2 days ago, they had the audacity to charge my credit again for the same transaction I had cancelled and had been refunded for. Fortunately my credit card provider has come to the fore again. Do not deal with them. If they don't respond to your queries and don't supply the goods dispute the transaction.
Wish I would have found this site before I became the latest victim. I had used them in the past for several old movies with no problems. This time, not so much. Paid and not received. No response.
I ordered a DVD, "The Pathfinder," in April, paid for it that day by credit card, have never received it (now seven months later), have inquired repeatedly about the item or getting a refund, and receive absolutely no response. This company is either dishonest or totally incompetent, and I will not do business with it again.
Like all the other reviews below, I placed an order for one item, was charged immediately, and after several weeks, I haven't received the item. I had placed one item in my cart but didn't finalize the order. However, I was charged for that item, and then charged again a week later. Nothing has been sent. In fact, the status of my order on their website is "in shipping queue." I don't appreciate being charged for items that haven't been sent - and they never will be. Do NOT order from this company. You will NEVER get your money back, I'm sorry to say.
My order placed on July 4 2019 was never received. Attempts to contact seller via email went unanswered until I received an email ( look like a broadcast email) late Sept thanking buyers for their patience and that they were a 2 person operation; 1 person had health issues. Thankfully I had paid thru PayPal so I opened an inquiry and after a month received a full refund with explanation that PayPal had not been able to contact the company... lesson 1 - always use PayPal lesson 2 - read reviews before ordering. Will never recommend this company. Today I receive email from Loving the Classics in response to my last update request to them... a 2 weeks after I got my refund saying I had to contact their CS Dept... unbelievable. They should be shut down.
I was charged twice for a movie I had ordered and noticed that I have been charged a third time. Movie ordered 10/2 and I have not received it. Supposed to go USPS priority

Ordered a series from them in Feb 2019 and was immediately charged at my bank. Eight weeks later, my order was still 'in queue', so I requested a cancellation and refund. Never heard anything back from them. Tried to cancel again in another month, no response. So I figure, OK, my loss. However, on October 4th, at 9:08 pm, they pushed through another charge for the same amount under a different name, called "Best Classics". WTH? Called my bank today to report the fraudulent charges and they will be taking care of it. Stay away from this site.
I finally did receive the 3 DVDs I'd ordered. It took 13 weeks and a lot of correspondence. But then my credit card was debited a 2nd time for the same amount by the company calling themselves 'BEST CLASSICS'. I immediately requested a refund and after numerous emails over several months, I was finally promised one (by the same rep I'd dealt with at LTC). However, instead of receiving a refund, I was charged a 3rd time by the company now calling themselves 'HEATHER SMITH - BEST CLASSICS'. Needless to say, I cancelled my credit card. This is TOTALLY FRAUDULENT. Don't ever get involved with Loving The Classics. I've learnt the hard way.
OMG! I was taken in. I wanted to get a TV series The Defenders from 1961. They promised the complete series. Instead I got only the first season with a bit of the second (about 3 episonde) one episode from the 3rd and 4th. These DVDs are fake and not the episode. I would not be surprised if there is a illegal copyright issue. Do not buy from these people.
Absolutely disgraceful service! Please Please Please! Do not order from Lovin The Classics! You will have your money taken out of your account virtually straight away, and will go through hell for months and months to receive what you order, or your money refunded. When l did receive the dvd's, four months later, the cases were all cracked from the poor packaging, the quality and sound of all the dvd's were absolutely disgusting. Please save yourself the stress! It is not worth it!
Order placed early February. Then nothing. Billed my credit card in March. Still nothing. Tried to reach them by e-mail and phone. Similar to Jacques Q, some guy writes to tell me he is working with the company to get my order out and it will ship within a week. Doesn't happen. Finally in May, order was received. DVD quality was poor and received only 8, not the 16 that was advertised. When I tried to contact the company, no response. I can pretty much guarantee you will be disappointed if you order from this company.
Used to be decent, but obviously management has changer. Order placed Feb. 2, afetr about 4 weeks some guy writes, saying he's sorry, he's the only "Internet guy" of the firm but was sick. Nothing ever comes, at first, when asked, he replies sometimes, saying he told "them" to either ship or refund (who is "them" if he isn't one of them? Mystery...), then stops answering altogether although no impolite e-mail was ever sent to him. Filed complaint with FCC and consider my $ 50 lost.
