I sent these flowers to my sister and brother in law to celebrate their anniversary. They were absolutely thrilled with them. She rang me as soon as they arrived and was so surprised that some of the flowers and the bow of ribbon was the same colour as her bridesmaid's dress, what a coincidence? I will definitely use your services again and have already recommended you to several people.
What a let down of a company. Ordered for delivery 30th March. Arrived today 2nd April and what a joke. Nothing like the flowers I thought I'd ordered. Trading standards Really need to close this company down. Tried to contact them but no response. Flowers I ordered and flowers that got delivered. Shame on you
Absolutly awful. Its now 4 days after i ordered and only 1 of my 2 orders has come, totally ruined mothers day. Not even a fivers worth off flowers for the 20quid i paid. They are tiny damaged and presented crap! No phone number, emailed 4 times to be completly ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Not only did my MothersDay bouquet arrive 3 days late, but 80% of the flowers and 100% of the foliage was damaged, bruised, broken, rotten and slimy. These flowers were supposed to show my mom how much i love and appreciate her. Instead they were embarrassing and upsetting. And to top it all off there isnt even a customer service number i can call to complain to. My mum is a highly professional garden designer, she thinks this company might be buying flowers that are passed their shelf life, cheaply from flower wholesale markets.
As others have said flowers arrived two days after Mother's Day so element of surprise and pleasure lost for both myself and my daughter who has been trying to contact company with no response whatsoever. Flowers were quite nice when they did arrive and if it wasn't for the fact that they were delivered by Royal Mail I would have told them to take them back. Everyone should be compensated for their disappointment.
Husband flowers for 52nd wedding anniversary 1st April and did'nt extra money 50% more flowers seen better for £2.99 in supper market not beautiful wrapped like in picture cant get them to answer emails
Ordered a mother's day bouquet 1 week ago and have only just arrived. No replies to emails. Other customers have had the same problems, including some having payments taken twice. Bouquet that arrived was supposed to be a £20 bouquet with extra flowers, don't think so! They look more like garage/supermarket ones rewrapped. They were delivered by Royal Mail and not a florist and left outside on my mothers doorstep. And look at the ridiculous card that came with them! Complete rip off!

My daughter ordered a bouquet for my mother day gift and they have only just been delivered, half dead and could have saved her money and got a better bouquet from the supermarket, DONT order anything from this site if they had a - - rating I would have been rating that but as the only minimum is one star that's what I had to give to complete my review I will be lucky if I get 2 days out of them

Absolutely shocking. Delivered through royal mail standard delivery so no tracking number. Order two bouquets for my mum for mothers day and still not arrived after two days. No phone number and they do not reply to emails.

I've had the same experience as many of you. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 30th March (Sat) for my mum's Mother's day but they never arrived.
Emailed Lovely Flora World on 31st March (Sun), 1st Apr (Mon) again, there's no response and I don't think they're going to respond back to me.
Ordered flowers for mothers day... they arrived the day before... but not the bouquet I had ordered... looked for contact phone number but can't find one... so emailed their customer service... awaiting their reply... photo shows delivered flowers left ordered ones on right

I am so disappointed with the flowers I sent to my mum for mother's day which may I add should have arrived on Saturday 30/3/19 not 1/4/19, I was so feeling happy and really wanted to make my mum feel special and appreciated this mother's day, This was the first mother's day I paid for all the gifts for mother's day with my own wage from my first job while studying #Lovelyfloraworld I am ashamed of them and could of picked nicer flowers with more life in them from a field even the leaves are wilting and decaying, my mum has changed the water twice since these arrived and the water just keeps goin murky that's how decayed they are

These crooks have taken my daughter's hard-earned cash and have ruined Mother's day for both of us. We will be taking legal action.
