I ordered flowers for my mum for mother's day instead of F at end of postcode i placed G. This post code puts the delivery address was 3 feet from the correct delivery address... however the full address was not taken into account and I have now been told they will not re-deliver or give me a refund spend £35 on the flowers it is an absolute disgrace and I had to send 3 emails and ask them to refer me to complaints before I even got a reply... disgusted with this company... I also notice they have deleted their Facebook page so no one can leave reviews on there, they are obviously well aware of their terrible service!
Bought a Mother's day bouquet and it was not delivered on the day I specified. Which I didn't mind to much but the flowers were awful. I was told by my mum that they were wet inside the box and all the flowers had mildew so were rotten. I emailed twice and got no response. Absolutely disgusted with this company. Don't use.
I ordered a bouquet for a close friend who had lost her husband. I paid for the bouquet in full and placed the order on 10th April. I received an e mail saying the flowers would be delivered on 11th April. It is now 13th April and the flowers have not been delivered. I have sent 2 e mails to lovely flora world and have had no reply! I will no use this company again and am hoping I can get my money refunded as I paid by bank card. I would not recommend this on line site for flowers.
I ordered flowers for my mum on Mother's Day, and they arrived half dead! They looked awful, what a waste of money. The rest lasted only two days. What a con! I contacted them and heard nothing back from them at all.
NEVER AGAIN please do NOT buy anything from this company.
WORST COMPNAY EVER! ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MOTHERS DAY THEY CAME DEAD AND THEN DONT EVEN RESPOND TO YOU HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD DO THE SAME COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY!
1 star is too much for this company don't waste your money on them! Ordered flowers and paid extra for a better selection, for mother's day and I'm still waiting for them to deliver! I've emailed them and they just ignore you £30 down the drain! Can't put photo on as haven't received them but my advice is to not order from this company.
I ordered some flowers for my mum on mothers day. They arrived wilting and brown. Water couldn't bring them back to life. So disappointed that my mum received these. I have had no response from Lovely Flora, they have my money and now are ignoring my emails. Appalling service! Stay away!

I actually feel a 1 is generous. So they turned up to the wrong address, 3 DAYS LATE, oh and if that's not bad enough they were half the size. Absolutely fuming, and by the looks of all the bad reviews I'm not the only one it's happened to. Will be contacting trading standards if they don't reply to my emails. Been emailing them since Tuesday. No response whatsoever. Furious isn't the word.

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my elderly mum's mother's day. Flowers arrived but no chocolates. Have tried to find a phone number but can't. And have emailed 3 times with no response.
I ordered flowers for a elderly relative and lo and behold they didnt arrive.
You cannot contact the company except by email but i have sent four to them and no response.
They are happy to take your money but not provide the goods.
They are obviously a scam.

Absolutely terrible customer service.! I've sent them and email no reply at all they ignore you. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day as Sunday wasn't available I had to order them for Saturday, the flowers came on Friday as no one was at home they took the flowers back to pist office and I could collect them next day only. When I collected them on Saturday they were broken and lifeless waste of £24.99 so had to buy other flowers I emailed them straight away as I was extremely unhappy and haven't heard anything ever since.! There is no number to contact them you just leave your details and a message and they have to get back to you. DONT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO END UP DISAPPOINTED...!
1) The flowers did not arrive on the correct day (selected for Friday delivery, came on Thursday). 2) They were dead when they arrived, gysophila discoloured and, rose head was broken off and stems were black on arrival. 3) Emailed customer service to tell them about it, almost a week later and still no reply. Very poor, will not be using this service again.
. I received my flowers as a Mothers Day gift. When I opened them the storks were all slimy, I rinsed them clean, trimmed and arrange them.
I put them in my garage to keep them cool as I was going away for the week end.
When I came home and brought them into the house they all were dying except for the Lily's
I have complained by email and have had no reply.
The only reason I have given them 1 star as they were order one day and delivered the next.
Do not order from this company order flowers for mother and still haven't received it have made numerous attempts to contact them no telephone number only emails no has yet contacted me to resolve thosthis issue
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
