Ordered some flowers for my daughter who started her A levels paid bit extra for 50% more flowers, they arrived in lovely box that was all that was nice half lilies were off stems I paid £17.99 for these flowers nothing like picture on website shocking customer service

My order did not arrive on the selected delivery date. Gave it an extra day then tried to contact the company. Not easy. The link on their acknowledgement of my order did not work. Its not easy to find any contact details that actually work on their website. One email link wouldn't allow it to send. Eventually found one that does. They were prompt with their reply, saying the delivery address I requested was wrong and they had tried to call me and email me. No contact had been made. When I had placed the order, I had correctly given full details. Therefore the address and my contact phone number they were cross referencing to me that were slightly wrong, ie the 1st line if the delivery address and the 0 from a mobile number missing I feel were done deliberately by them to make me think I had made an error when I know I hadn't, to either cover up their mistake, or hoping I wouldn't bother and make some profit from me. However, I persevered, and they said my order will be dispatched the next day with delivery the following one. Having read other feedback via this site, I said when a healthy bouquet is delivered on time, I would leave the appropriate feedback. So overall, once I entered into a dialogue with them, despite being lied too, ( I've worked with primary children and now with secondary school children, so can spot and know all the tricks / excuses, was just like being at work!) their replys were quick. My order was eventually delivered on the day they told me, and the recipient was pleased with them, and they were fresh, not half dead like some of the reviews say. I will not use them again. Broken consumer trust
The flowers arrived on time - that is the only positive. The flowers were sparse and past their best - within 2 days over half of the flowers had died. I sent in photographic evidence and it took 3 emails before I got a response. I asked for a replacement which didnt arrive on the day stated. I have emailed again with no response. Buyer beware! I gave the company plenty of time to rectify before leaving this review.
I ordered some flowers for a friend on 12/05/19. I selected the next date available for delivery, which was 13/05/19. The flowers did not get delivered until 14/05/19 even though my invoice clearly stated delivery for the13th. I contacted customer services who basically replied stating it was because i ordered on a Sunday. This I fully understand but why give a delivery date that is unachievable? Nobody to date has replued to my response.
****A FAIR REVIEW**** I have used the site before for Valentines Day 2019 and the flowers were ok, but a bit dry and died within 2 days believe. I thought I would give the company another shot for my partners birthday. -Ordered flowers 29th April and it said the earliest delivery date would be 30th, I thought I'd give the company a break by asking for the flowers for 1st May so they would have time to pack and process etc. Ordered to work for 1st so I could take them home for 2nd as have the day off and wanted partner to have them in the morning. Got the receipt email and then no further email - no tracking or anything. Tried to call numerous times and number rang off. Tried to email and all I got was the standard response saying they'd got the email. Contacted my bank on 2nd May and they understood and gave me a full and immediate refund. The only email after the receipt email was today, asking for a review. I basically advised them they are a scam and need to do their job properly. If money means something to you and you don't want to disappoint people on a special occasion, please avoid this company. I have reported them to trading standards. I would advise the owner Mr Rajinder Singh Bains to resign and dissolve the company as it clearly cannot be operated in a legal and correct fashion.
Ordered on behalf of my son for his girlfriends birthday. Placed order 28th April for delivery 1st May, paid extra to have a balloon as well. Nothing delivered yesterday, no phone number to contact them, not delivered today so far and its 5.10pm in the evening. Sent 2 emails but just had a "holding email" in response. Wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. If no response or delivery by tomorrow at the latest, will be going to Trading Standards about this company which is what some of the other reviewers should do.
I ordered some flowers for my elderly mothers 91st birthday, and I am so disappointed that they didn't arrive, I have tried to contact the company but no response. I have paid good money for these flowers and what for? Just another company lining their pockets, I either want the flowers delivered or a full refund.

The flowers arrived. The heads were falling off and the stems rotting, smelly and slimey.
The flowers went right into the bin!
On complaining it took 6 emails and complaints. Also I raised it with my bank to get a refund.
Inverse 5 weeks later I finally got the money back.
You'd be better if buying flowers from the petrol garage and sending them in a box yourself!
Ordered flowers 8 times from this company. Twice the flowers were mouldy and not delivered on the day that I ordered them for. I have contacted them 3 times since mothers day flowers were mouldy and had no response. I will not be ordering any more from this company
I ordered 2 bouquets for my family for Easter, I could have got better from the local market, the were very sparce, very dried out and some flowers dead or without flower heads. I emailed the company from their website and I tried on several occasions to phone, the phone was either engaged or rung until it got cut off! I have not received any response from my email although they say they will respond within 24 hour, they don't I have not heard anything from them, and when I tried to email again, it kept coming up wrong email, and error. Bad service from this company and I will Not recommend or use them again.
Dont use this website was promised next day delivery, im still waiting 5 days after purchase, ive emailed and rang them to be fair 40 times plus, ive asked for a refund still nothing and no flowers, shocking service, so now im out of pocket of £30, and no flowers for a friend who lost her parent, so thanks for that!
Disgraceful customer service flowers were delivered 4 days late. The person who said she sas the manager put the phone down on me. I have requested a full refund and if I don't receive this will take them to small claims court
Nice company to deal with. Had a bit of a problem but solved immediately with a phone call and a conversation with a DECISION MAKER. No quibble apology and refund arranged
Lots of flowers which last for ages and NOT a huge bunch of foliage like other serene florists. Have used this company about 5 times in the past. Jo Lincs
Mother's day: One third of flowers arrived DOD. For my father's birthday: no delivery at all! 2 days in transit, arrived on third day DOD. Have repeatedly asked for refund. Still waiting! Don't give yourselves the stress we have. So not worth the few pounds you think you save. Avoid!
Ordered 2 lots of mother's day flowers - cards with flowers had nothing in them. Unbeknown to me, because my mother in law is so polite, the flowers were in a very poor condition and died in 2 days. The same with my mother - all flowers pathetic and dead in 2 days! They were advertised as 50% more flowers, but they just looked like a bunch you would pick up from a supermarket.
Very, very poor customer service - they did give a refund for one order, but have ignored my second request. They do not reply to emails.

Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
