Flowers did not arrive on confirmed delivery date. I contacted the company and they advised that due to it being a bank holiday they would be delivered a day late. I asked to cancel due to them having confirming a false delivery date but they advised I couldn't cancel. The flowers were delivered a day late and 2 of the lilies were broken! Not a good experience.
Presentation of these flowers are awful and also flowers missing. Customer service terrible, they offered me 20% off a next order - as I wouldn't order again then that's pointless.
Sent flowers to a bereaved friend expressing my sympathy. The flowers arrived without card or message. Only by third party did I get to know this. Embarrassment all round. Recipient didn't know who they were from so as she could thank me. I would have been upset she did not thank me. Contacted customer service asking for refund. The offered me 20% off next order. As if. I would ever use. Them again! When I complained they said they only refund they gave was on quality of flowers. Be warned if you flowers arrive late, delivered to wrong address, no message, you get nothing. As I have seen in other reviews cheap flowers but cheap customer service!
I ordered the flowers to be received on the day of the funeral. Confirmation said flowered would be delivered on the date specified. Embarrassingly they did not turn up on the day and then we got another confirmation saying they would be delivered the next day, the day after the funeral! I contacted customer services and they refused any form of compensation. So flowers turned up the next day apparently but there was no one there to receive them and the funeral had passed. So thanks very much lovelyfloraworld for embarrassing the family by us being the only ones who didn't send flowers apparently and for the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered with not even the decency to offer any form of compensation or gesture of goodwill. Do not rely on this company if you actually want any flowers for a special occasion. Can't attach a photo because we didn't get the flowers nor did we get a refund. Just awful!
Flowers delivered 3 days before the requested delivery date including opening Lily's. Raised the issue via email and just received a despatch note where they sent out four more bouquets that would arrive after the required date. Contacted them via telephone to escalate but refused refund.
I would question if the companies florists are trained and qualified and I challenge their claim being customer care separates them from competitors. Their website also includes other false claims and advertisement.
Had they dealt with my issue is an appropriate manner this rating may have been a lot different, having being a senior customer service advisor in my past employment I would urge others not to use this company and I will share this information with others to prevent them being victim to this fraudulent company.
Ordered flowers and chocs for my mothers birthday, I was upto date all the way threw my order and delivery, flowers where georgous and my mother loved the strawberry creams, will be using again in the future

Bouquet arrived wilting. All dead after a day. They sent another bouquet. Same thing, half dead on arrival. They sent a 3rd bouquet which was even worse. If you want dead flowers delivered this is the company to use.
Ordered flowers for next day delivery, ordered the 50% extra luxury bunch and not only did they arrive 3 days late, they were absolutely shocking, there were 8 flowers in total in the bunch! I could of bought nicer in a supermarket. I actually did buy a £5 bunch in the local supermarket and they were far nicer. When I emailed, their response was I could have a discount of my next purchase... one I will never make! Absolute joke!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible service, do not use this company. They do not deliver on the date they say the will - which with flowers is pretty much the whole point. They told me in a confirmation email that my Mum's flowers would be delivered on the 15th, they actually arrived the next day - pointless. AVOID! Also the flowers themselves were rubbish - I'd even upgraded to the 50% extra - let's just say I'd hate to see what a pathetic little bunch of flowers she'd have got if i didn't pay the upgrade - I would have been better off going to my local petrol garage, the quality would have been better!
I've collected all these reviews and sending to watchdog! THE CEO is robbing people and doesn't care less. There are some decent, cheaper flower shops on line. I'd use them now.
Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. Next day delivery and received an email saaying 100% to be delivered on her birthday, yes her birthday, not a day late.Im so angry. I never see my sister, why advertise you deliver flowers when you cant!
I ordered flowers to be delivered a week later, money went out order was confirmed only for the flowers not to be delivered on day requested or any day after. I emailed 3 times, no response so I called only to be met with a lady shouting abuse at me how it was my fault because the delivery address was wrong (it wasn't) it's just an excuse they use, they offered me half a refund which I didn't accept as I didn't receive the flowers, I told them I had recorded the call and was now going to trading standards. They called back minutes later still blaming me but said they would give full refund of which they never did. I have contacted my bank and have set up a dispute as they should not be able to get away with it so many times. Do not use this company
Ordered flowers with chocolates and a balloon for my mums birthday and she only received the flowers. I have tried calling 20+ times, left voicemails and 4 emails. Absolutely the worst costomer service I've ever experienced! I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. Delivery was 8th June. STAY WELL CLEAR!

Ordered flowers for my mothers 90th birthday who lives 70 miles away from me. They arrived half dead, the rest beyond salvation. Contacted LFW on the next working day and received a reply 1 week late asking for photos of the dead flowers. I explained that my 90 yr old mother does not have a smart phone or camera to take a photo, nor does she have e mail or the internet and beside which by the time they replied the flowers were in landfill. I have had no response since; despite me sending them numerous e mails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS SITE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I recommend that it will be a lot less effort and quicker if you flush your hard earned money directly down the toilet.
They don't give you what you ordered, or deliver when you want them to.
They say they will refund but don't! Pointless phoning or emailing as all they do is fob you off! DO NOT GO THERE, they deserve to go out of business all they want is your money! Shocking customer service.
I ordered these last night to be delivered today. I have only just received an email (16.22) to tell me it will be tomorrow. I emailed earlier to enquire when they would be delivered, no reply and I called and left a message for them to call me back and they have not had the courtesy to do so. I now dread to think what the flowers will be like. 1st and last time using this site! AVOID!
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
