Ordered on a Monday and wanted them delivered on the Friday. Obviously not enough time for them as my mum did not get her flowers on her 70th birthday
Really dissatisfied with the service and would not reccomend them.
I ordered flowers with a delivery date of 23 December 2019, allowing an extra day, as I needed for Christmas.
On 24 December, I realised I'd had no correspondence from the company, apart from an automated receipt at the time of order. So, I called and left a voicemail on the answerphone and emailed the company a couple, each time asking for my order to be cancelled.
The flowers finally arrived, dishevelled on 27 December. By then I was in hospital. When I did receive a response, I was asked to send them back! They were only fit for the compost heap by the time I got out of hospital.
It meant my family had a frantic rush on Christmas Even to find similar flowers.
On its website, there are only five star reviews, which are clearly pre-approved. This in itself should ring alarm bells.
The customer service is non-existent. Do not trust this company.
The wreath was crammed in a box a lot of the flowers had fell out and ones around the outside were crushed. For £50 I expected better and when I complained all I got was sorry.
I ordered a £50 bouquet for a friends funeral. It arrived the morning of the funeral and was half the size it was supposed to be and the flowers were not as described and they were dead. It was so upsetting!
Ive contacted them 3 times now and had no response at all. Dont waste your time, you'll be left out of pocket.
Awful company don't use
Ordered flowers second week of December requested delivery new year eve for a funeral service 2nd January received a message from a Welsh post office saying that the delivery would arrive Thursday 2nd January after 12pm too late for the funeral Service, tried calling and email lines busy no one responded.

I ordered flowers for my sons girlfriend to arrive Christmas Eve. They sent 5 emails confirming her address I answered all of them today 30th December nothing no flowers only a email to say when they do arrive take a photo of the Quality Joke no one answers the phone or emails avoid
Terrible, totally disappointed. Ordered a bunch of flowers paid for 50% extra but only received normal size bunch. No estimated delivery time was given so had to wait for whole day. When the flowers arrived they where so dry and lifeless not at all fresh. On their website all the reviews must have been written by themselves as you cannot add reviews. Phoned to ask for estimates delivery time but no proper answer was given. Overall they are very very bad. Please dont waste your money.
Flowers I ordered arrived, nothing like
The picture! Paid extra for 50% more and had 12 stems altogether. Emailed a complaint, they replied saying that it was the correct bunch that I received, now they are ignoring my emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 2 bunches of flowers for mum and mother in law. Neither arrived and after numerous attempts at contacting customer services without reply I have given up! Avoid avoid avoid
Do not use this company - disappointed in both quantity and quality of flowers despite paying extra for 50% extra blooms. Emailed and they refused a refund saying the bouquet (bunch) I'd got was representative of their website ad!
I ordered a bouquet from here for my sisters birthday. When the flowers arrived they were all wilted and dead, Rose's that were supposed to be pink and gone brown. I immediately emailed the customer service team. The tried to rectify my issue by sending me replacement flowers, This was on friday! I recieved an email late friday night to say royal mail had got them and they would be delivered Saturday. I waited in all day and nothing came. I then got another email saying they had been re routed and they would be with me shortly. They didnt turn up. Today yet another bunch of dead flowers arrived. Worse than the previous ones delivered on Friday. When I spoke to customer service they advised me that when they get to the royal mail depot they are stored in there store room. I realised both sets of flowers had absolutely no water! They were bone dry stored in a dark box. Flowers needs sunlight and water to survive.
Only rated a 1 star would prefer to not rate at all.
Ordered flowers for a a family members loss. Quick to take money no flowers ever arrived.

Disgusting
Sent flowers to a friend because of a family tragedy. They arrived completely dead. My friend emails them and sent pics. She didnt want to tell me to upset me but am glad she did as this was the first and last time I use them. Avoid at all costs dont waste your money. Have asked for refund and replacement so we wait and see.
Took my money but no flowers. Asked for refund. Betty who works for this company hung up. Rang again and told I would not get a refund even tho I did not receive the flowers. Waited all day till 17.15. Dont use this cowboy company. Goto your local flower shop instead. Royal mail are now taking up the case.
Ordered roses for my son is moving in day within a day or so they wilted and look dreadful, gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered more flowers for my wife's birthday Sam to 3 weeks later when they turned up they were even worse. Complained to them and they offered a replacement Bocquet for the following week trouble was They sent it to my sons address to him and not to my wife at our home and again they were in poor condition.
Will never use them again and recommend everybody else not to use them
Ordered flowers for a funeral, recieved email they would arrive day before. Waited all day, after 3 hours of phoning eventually they answered. They appologised but informed me that they would not be arriving until after the funeral. Never using them again.
Used this site and company for my best friends birthday who lives miles away
She received them on the exact day early in morning she could not of been happier with her flowers.
Read the reviews after ordering, then send an apology to recipient. They look nothing like picture, sad and thrown together, very few flowers compared to pic on website.
Sent yellow roses and chocolates to a friend who is unwell. They arrived on time, looked beautiful on the photograph I was sent. Very happy with the service and will use again.
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
