This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered flowers a week in advance for my mums 60th birthday and they turned up 2 days late (dispite being ordered well in advance) when they finally arrived they are a far cry to what was pictured even the wrong balloon was delivered I am so disgusted & disappointed. See for yourself and steer well clear
I paid for 50% more flowers in the bunch and they were still very sparse! Looked nothing like the picture! Steer well clear!
I ordered flowers for my mother on mother's day and they have not arrived over a week later. I've tried calling and emailing and they have not got back to me. I spent £45.
Ordered Monday for next day delivery. Didn't arrive until Thursday evening.

Ordered from this site for Mother's Day as I wouldn't be able to visit my mum because of the coronavirus, I ordered on the Thursday for guaranteed Mother's Day delivery that's what was advertised on there site, on the Saturday I had a message saying delivery would be Monday, so I emailed saying to cancel order as it wouldn't be received on time they never replied and took payment, phoned my mum Monday to see if she had received the flowers she said yes but most were dead when they arrived and box damaged she received 8 flowers in total, this business is a joke please don't order from them they just want your money and are not bothered about customer satisfaction
Shocking. Flowers arrived 4 days late, barley half the flowers arrive compared to what was listed in quantity and variety, wrong balloon included and chocolates missing!

I have noticed, lovelyfloraworld, are reporting and closing down negative reviews on this site, mine included, people are only reporting the truth to warn other customers what to expect when ordering from there site, I did not curse or tell any lies about my experience, but obviously review sites such as this are protecting retailers rather than the public, we are British and supposed to have freedom of speech, I am including a photo of the flowers, please go on the site and tell me if they look like the freesia and gypsyphilia 50% bunch that I ordered, and if I'm wrong

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day they were due to arrive 21st March didn't arrive till today. When arrived they were hideous. Now I've never ever had an issue with them before so I'm absolutely gutted. Contacted them three times no response!
Will never order from these again. Flowers were completely different to pictures on website. The ribbon was scrunched up and presentation was awful. Flowers were wilted, leaves were brown and stems were rotten and I ordered 50% extra flowers... I got a thin bouquet. Straight in the bin. Paid £19 for nothing. Was better off purchasing from a petrol station for under a fiver. Company refused to give a full refund. BEWARE!
I ordered flowers for my friends 80th Birthday and she was absolutely delighted with them, The service was first class and I was kept in touch with the progress of my order and delivery, I will certainly order from Lovely floral world again.
I ordered 12 red roses... I was delivered 11 pale pink/brown roses. Most were broken in the box. The cellophane and tissue were in the box but not around the flowers. No ribbon, flowers were cellotaped together. Customer service refused a refund and told me to pick off the brown petals.

Purchased red Rose's for valentines day didn't arrive until 15th, when we received the Rose's they were creamy pink and half dead. Would definitely not recommend this company they don't answer emails etc. Will not be using them again and recommend other people look elsewhere.

Worst service, I have ordered flowers for my partner for valentines day and they have delivered before a day. What's the point in ordering for the particular occasion.
Apparently they have a clause in their term and conditions.

Ordered Valentine's day flowers to be delivered on the 14th and they turned up on the 13th. Customer service said it does say on our website we may deliver early. Not much good when you book a specific date

Flowers arrived on time well packaged they lasted for 2wks very happy with service and condition of my flowers I will have no hesitation in ordering again. I would highly recommend this company.
Delivered OK. Flowers in full bloom so little life left for display. Some stems broken and some flowers dead. Recipient very disappointed. Customer Services offered discount on next order. There will not be a next order.
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
