Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! Awful company. They have warehouse supervisor called Moshin, from Iran. He is operating and securing all things and people, because the owner doesn't care!. He is a horrible person, he is treating every staff like a $#*! and slave. You have 9 hours shift, but usually you have to work there 13-14 hours per day and they don't pay exactly salaries. Before busy periods you have to work 1 month without day off. No contract no nothing!... $#*!!
Ordered a large bouquet and balloon for parents' 67th Wedding anniversary... they didn't arrive! Have tried for 3 days to contact them... no response. Only used them again as Mother's day one was good.
Flowers were ordered in plenty of time for my nieces 18th birthday on 16/04 they still haven't arrived. No reply to my email and phone is permanently engaged
Delivery not turned up, no communication and charged. Avoid at all cost. Ruined my mom's birthday. Tried to get in contact with them, no contact in return. Total waste of time and money. Pay more somewhere else its definitely worth it
Don't use this company they get back to you when you ask for a refund there flowers and service is awful please DON'T USE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered the flowers on the 10/04/2020 for delivery on the 17/04/2020 for a friends birthday. I tried calling them and emailing. Phone is just constantly engaged and you have to wait 1-3 days for a reply to your email.
There is no point delivering birthday flowers 3 days late which is why I ordered a week in advance. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. Lets see if they are any better at this than actually supplying flowers.
There is no excuse for such shoddy service in current times. If they can't keep up with demand then they shouldn't take the orders.
Ordered flowers for my aunty, ordered April 4th, for flowers to be delivered on 9th April, arrived on 11th, 2 days late and all dead, i have sent 3 emails, phone is always engaged, same day ordered flowers for my cousin birthday which was yesterday, no flowers have arrived, and if and when flowers arrive will be dead, just like the last lot
Dont take orders if you cant deliever on time,
I will not be leaving this and i will keep trying to get a answer and a refund,

Received flowers 2 days later not looking their best. But I think its the difficult time we are in as a world. Floraworld please take off guaranteed delivery as it will save you a lot of complaints.
Ordered as my sister lost her partner for 9th didnt turn up but had no email advising of delivery contacted them sent out flowers arrived 15 th but petals fell of when took out of box. This was day of funeral so sister was upset that flowers arrived this way especialy as didnt turn up week before. Feel let down and upset couldnt even get address right despite asking me to confirm it. Do the right thing resend or refund cant send photos as flowers are in scotland shabby way to treat people
Empty box delivered 3 dats late, phone always busy then finally rings and goes through to a mobile voicemail which turns out to be a random member of the public! Other flowers do turn up but having seen them would be embarrassed to send them to anyone!

Never again, never! Flowers not been delivered, i received so many email with different delivery dates. And they dont want refund all money back. Horrible service!
Ordered flowers for one of my team members whose father has just passed away, and the other for my sister in law whose birthday it was, and unable to visit due to lockdown. Being a keyworker I have more to be worrying about than a unprofessional company that takes your money, but does not deliver the goods. Also shocking customer service, non-existent.

Avoid! Don't bother I ordered flowers 30th March to be delivered Saturday 4th April. It's now 6th April and no flowers! Really bloody annoyed as they were for my mother in laws birthday! I can't even get in contact with the company via telephone! Absolute joke!
Ordered for my friend who we weren't able to say goodbye to as she was leaving and we are all at home due to covid. No flowers arrived, no reply to any messages. Please dont order. I reviewed on trustpiolet and it has been put under review! But I am really sad our flowers never came as I feel I let everyone who collected for them down
Nothing came. I ordered 5days be4 giving situation. They said delivery is ok, my mum was turning 80. I want REFUND
Don't waste your money. Flowers arrived very late and customer service is awful. I wanted refund and was completely fobbed off.
Worst Moters day flowers I have ever received. 2 days late. Parched, not even wrapped in damp paper. Dead leaves. Petals falling off. Delivered Wednesday pm. Binned Friday A.M.
If I could give less stars I would! Please avoid. I ordered my mum flowers for her 60th birthday to be delivered on her birthday and received a message to say they will be late! I gave plenty of notice. Called the company who refuse to give any kind of compensation and actually break terms regarding this in their terms and conditions. Given the current covid19 situation, I thought about flower delivery to make mum smile on a special birthday that cannot be celebrated properly. Absolutely disgusted. Avoid at all costs
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
