I am disgusted with service. Flowers I ordered for delivery on 8th april arrived today obviously dead.
All I want is a refund! I purchased elsewhere which delivered beautiful flowers on time.
Shocking company

Very disappointed with the service, no flowers have arrived on the date requested. Phoned numerous times and also emailed to no avail! Obviously the company is one big scam! If only I had read the reviews for this company prior to purchasing I would have avoided them like the plague! If I do not get a refund I will be taking this case to trading standards! From a very disgruntled old age pensioner!

Ordered flowers for mums 80th birthday because can't see her. Looked nice flowers ordered for 18th April got email to say we're ready for delivery on 17th but still haven't received them want my money back but will not get back to me with email as say it not right email but they emailed me with order never use them again

Promised a refund weeks ago because of the awful dead flowers in my order but
Now they will not even answer my email requesting the said refund
I often buy flowers on line but believe me I will NEVER use this company again.

Don't even deserve a 1 Ordered flowers for a friend of mine who kindly made us all face masks from scrubs material as I manage a Residential Home. Paid in full on 12th April and to date still no flowers delivered. They are not answering their phone nor do they reply to my emails. Please avoid this company
They are a joke and should be closed down. This is theft of my money and I am seeking advice as this is a criminal offence

Ordered flowers for my wife on 9/4 for del 17/4. Still no sign of flowers no contact from floraworld.no reply to my email. Have used b4 but never again. Stay away

I ordered 12 coloured roses for my daughter's birthday which haven't arrived and going by the reviews they probably won't why do you do this to honest genuine people what a load of tossers tried phoning also emailed never got reply stay away from these arseholes £20 down the drain I want my cash back

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. 2 bunches of flowers never arrived and NO replies to any emails sent to them. Avoid at all costs as you will regret having even bothered dealing with this lousy company!

I recently placed an order for a birthday bouquet to be delivered to my mum.
I recieved confirmation of my order the night before dispatch advising they were ready to be delivered the following day.
4 days later and still NO flowers.
The phone number is always engaged and my emails are being ignored!
DO NOT USE. They don't even deserve the 1 star

This company is not fit to be trading I am reporting them to trading standards and my credit card company for failure to supply goods customer service is appalling don't buy from them they won't be around much longer

Ordered on 10th for del on 15th. Guess what delivered 21st and 3 parts dead. They wont answer phone. They dont answer emails. THEY ARE JUST LYING CHEATING SCUMBAGS. DO NOT USE THEM. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A ONE STAR RATING

I ordered flowers for my friend, Order no. *******. Her mum passed away. Ordered on 17th April to be delivered by 20th April. No email confirming delivery, no one answers phone, always engaged. No reply to my emails. Awful service. Want refund. Will not be using this company again.

I am really unhappy with this company and and wish that i had checked like i normally would first. The flowers did not turn up. I cannot get through to them on the phone it is constantly engaged. Do not reply to emails either, I wonder if they even exist. DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered some flowers for my fiancee that was supposed to be our wedding day but got cancelled due to the current corona outbreak.
They never turned up, i have emailed them numerous times and I've had no response. Absolutely disgusting.
Doesn't deserve a rating at all, they should be shut down. One word for this company, $#*!S!
