On the 12th April I ordered a large boquet ( paid for a 50% bigger) and a baloon to be delivered 18th April for my sisters 30th Birthday. They did not arrive. They finally turned up to her 22nd April. No baloon and a small boquet. Flowers had started to wilt. I have troed to contact them 3 times with no response.
The flowers on the left cost £4 from Asda. The flowers on the right cost over 3 times as much from Flora World. A truly embarrassing attempt at a bouquet of flowers. Both orders arrived a week later than they should have. No response to emails either. Please don't waste your money using this company. They really are useless. I should have read their reviews before ordering. Will not purchase from them again.
Wish I'd read the reviews of the company before I ordered.
Along with numerous other people it appears, I placed an order only to have it turn up nearly a week late. The order was incorrect and they do not answer emails or their phone - which is permanently off the hook.
How this company is allowed to continue trading I don't know? I've yet to read one half decent review anywhere about them.
Save your money before ordering from these scammers!
How dissatisfied I was with your flowers a friend ordered them for me on opening package a week later than ordered there was a misery 5 flowered and 1 piece of green not like in the photos on yr page
They take the money provide no service. Due to the nature of the service flowers are sent with emotion behind them. These flowers were sent as I can't attend my nan's funeral due to corona virus. Absolutely vile and disgusting to do this.im livid. Enjoy your money.
Have tried daily to contact them for nearly two weeks after chasing refund for late delivery and awful quality of flowers which were wilting and dying. They simply do not care! I have called them in excess of 500 times and sent numerous emails neither of which have ever been responded too. If anyone out there reading these reviews has the power to investigate them, I urge you to do so as many people continue to be ripped off!

Non existent customer service. Phone continuously engaged, no response to emails. Flowers arrived two days later than requested without any courtesy contact to let me know took a week in total to be delivered. Arrived half dead and mostly wilted, completely different flowers to the ones I ordered and expected..
Ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter to cheer her up... Stuck at home with 2 children during lockdown. No flowers delivered, no-one answers phone and no-one replies to emails. Payment was taken immediately. Disgusted. Money for nothing.
The flowers were OKish but for 26.99 no where near worth the price, before ordering I looked at reviews and thought "well it's still 61% 5 star so they can't be that bad" well I wish I listened to the reviews because they really really do look like garage flowers. I attached what was advertised and what if gotto this so you could see yourself:(

Ordered flowers on 14th April for my friends birthday 20th. Given their Covid 19 advice on the website. I thought this was suitable time. The flowers were late by 3 days. And did not get what I ordered. I ordered the 50% extra and a birthday balloon. Total was just under £26. The payment was taken straight away from my account. I am self isolating with underlying health problems and a senior person. I rely on online shopping at this time. I have emailed them sent picture of the 'flowers'. Do not use this company I have been a customer for years and always satisfied but this year the flowers are not upto standard. As you can see. Below standard and chocolates instead of balloon. Not what I ordered

No flowers, no response!
I'm utterly disgusted! Booked and paid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for a friend's birthday on the 21st April. Order number *******( bearing in mind they were ordered on the 14th) No email to say they were ready, no corrispondance what so ever. GUESS WHAT! No flowers delivered! Have sent 2 emails and what a surprise, no response! I have asked for a refund... I think this is absolutely disgraceful! Not only have they spoilt my friends birthday, they haven't even had the decency to reply! Stay away from this company. Trading standards needs to be involved.

The order number given is for last year, october, they were delivered.
I am disgusted in this reply! You can not answer my e-mail, but you can reply to trust pilot! I have proof of purchase, online number and address where to send the flowers.
Do not purchase anything from this company! I will be contacting trading standards.
The amount of bad reviews I have read about this company is shocking! (only wish I had seen them before I had purchased)

Taking advantage of people in isolation
I recently ordered flowers for delivery for my wife's birthday through the website. It said due to Covid19 there could be a few days delay. I ordered 8 day in advance they finally arrived 13 days later, 5! Days late.
They add £2 tracking fee to your bill but I was unable track them until the 12th day and then I discovered they were dispatched on the 9th. Day.
They ignore 4 emails I sent and I couldn't get a answer on the phone.
When the flowers finally arrive I found a small bunch of carnations in a large box with no water for at least 4 days.
I'd paid £19.98 with a premium for 50% more flowers and I could and have bought the same bunch for £3-5 at our local supermarket
I am waiting now to see if the flowers will open up.
I ordered 2 bouquets from this company as its covid time and I've not seen my sister or friend for weeks. I've rang the company loads and e mailed several times as no flowers have arrived. No response. I understand this is busy times but no communication is unprofessional and rude. Plus not to busy to take the money. Order from someone else.
I just wanted my money back but they still insisted on delivering the bouquets six days after my two sisters 80th birthday celebrations would never never recomend
I ordered these flowers for delivery on 17th April and nowhere on my confirmation did it say they would likely be delivered several days late. When they arrived most of the flowers were brown and several of the smaller flowerheads had been knocked off. This was not the cheer up for my daughter that was intended, if anything it made it worse! I emailed straight away for a refund but have had no answer and the phone is continuously engaged all day, every day. I would not recommend anyone to use this company at the moment as they plainly are not coping with orders! Having read other reviews I am not hopeful for a refund either!
Very disappointed. Used this company because they said they could deliver by last Monday. It's Thursday and there has still been no delivery. There has been no response to my email and the phone is permanently engaged. I wish I'd stuck with Bunches who I have used very successfully in the past. These flowers were for a nurse who has tested positive for Covid19. So very disappointed she hasn't received the flowers or the chocolates to cheer her up. Far from "cheap" flowers this was an expensive non event. I understand these are difficult times but a response to my email or an update when they blatantly have missed the target date would have been helpful. Definitely won't use them again unless they do something to retrieve themselves.

Received flowers from a neighbour today and they are half dead. I have no idea what she paid for them but they arrived fit for the bin and I don't have the heart to tell her.
As you can see the roses have completely wilted and even though they have been in water now for 8 hours, they have not recovered. There was no damp-wrap around the stems & no moisture in the box at all. I have removed all the shrivelled foliage and 2 dead flowers. They were a tied bunch - tied with sellotape, and looked like they'd been thrown together by a 5 year old. I'm disgusted that they think these would be a suitable gift. Sadly I will have to tell my neighbour so that she does not use this company ever again to send a floral gift.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered flower to arrive on the 20th April No sign of them yet I want them for a friend in her last few days of life as her battle against cancer is near an end. How very very very upset I am that they have not been delivered for her to enjoy. Emailed and no reply No not use this company
I have placed a order for 2 separate delivery and payed for them, which should have been delivered Monddy 20th April 2020 and it is now Wednesday 22nd April 2020 and still no sign. I have emailed the customer service and had no reply.
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
