Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, "bouquet" was more like a very small bunch of flowers and the wrong card was attatched so she didn't know if they were really for her or who they were from! I assume the person that received her card will also be very confused!
My daughter sent me flowers for Mothering Sunday. They went less than fresh on arrival and today I had to throw 3 gerbera away and some of the other flowers are losing their petals. I hope that this firm does something to recompense customers. I shall tell my daughter to NEVER use this firm again.
DO not use this company. Ordered a bouquet for Mothers day - the Purple Moon Bouquet (plus additional 50% flowers) as my mum loves the colour purple. The bouquet she has received is nothing as per the pic. No comms from the company and have started a cash back claim with my bank. Flowers on left are what I ordered, and on the right is what my Mum received. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered flowers for mothers day to be delivered Friday 29th... not delivered... not delivered Saturday 30th either. No deliveries on Sunday. Enjoy mothers day mummy!
Ordered two bouquets for Mum and Mother In Law for mother's day. Both were delivered 2 days before my specified date and both were terrible quality. Most of the stems were rotting and the flowers had a rotten smell. The few flowers that were alive died within a day so all are dead before mother's day has even arrived.
Customer service are ignoring all my complaint emails.
Ordered flowers for a specific delivery date - they arrived 3 days early. Flowers were open, no buds, won't last more than a couple of days. Ordered a balloon with thr flowers - this wasn't delivered. Everything about Lovely Flora World is awful - do not waste your money here!
Had a bouquet sent to home for mothers day gift. It arrived 4 days early. Wasnt in water. Rose's were drooping and after putting the bunch in water they just got worse. Have emailed customer service but had no reply. Avoid.
Ordered flowers for a surprise and stated sat 30th april for delivery - they arrived too early on 28th april, completely ruining the surprise. I contacted them and all they did was refer me to their terms and conditions which allow them to deliver when they want, rejected my refund option. Really unprofessional!
! OMG! My order was sent 30 MILES from the post code destination and I was told that was to be 'sometimes expected"! There IS NO PHONE NUMBER OR NAME WHEN THINGS GO WRONG! I am contacting trading standards for sure. Can't believe the way I have been treated by LOVELYFLORAWORLD... treatment by people who don't seem to care, as the orders a cheaper than most... the flowers were sent to a sister company)wrong postcode) and seemingly the flowers were WILTED AND BROWN... how awful!
Ordered my best friend flowers for her 21st 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived and no correspondence from the company absolute joke
We ordered flowers for a bereaved friend, they never turned up, we had given an alternative delivery address 2 doors down in case no one was in, but they didn't bother to use it, just left a card, which wasn't found until days later. Now they are refusing to refund. Awful service, complete rip off.
Order didn't arrive till two days after the stated date. Flowers were already dying and the bouquet was a third of the size it should have been. Repeatedly ignored my emails and refused a refund, when I asked to make an official complaint they ceased contact completely.
I paid for some flowers to be delivered to my nana to cheer her up after a loss in the family. I was disgusting how she received them, the flowers were badly damaged. Some had even turned brown and the majority of them were dead not to mention the none nonexistent water in the plastic bag which the flowers were in. I immediately contacted them via email as the phone number wouldn't connect. I emailed them and they seemed nice enough and was really apologetic and asked for me to forward pictures so I did, they themselves was disappointed and couldn't apologise enough and said they would send another bouquet to replace the last bunch that were badically ready for the bin. I had already replaced them using a different company by this point spending more money on what should have been right in the first place. I was then informed that they would refund my money into my bank account and that's the last I heard of them. No money has been put back into my account and even though I have sent emails after this I have clearly been ignored!
Don't waste your money on this firm you will only be disappointed!
My Sister was very pleased with the Bouquet I sent.
Personally I think they are real value for money.
Ordered 2 lots of flowers for twins 50th, to be delivered on the 26th Feb, not received an they won't answer any emails now, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,
I cant believe i failed to read these reviews before ordering. I arranged to send flowers to my parents for their wedding anniversary to where they were staying on holiday. The payment was taken immediately yet the flowers failed to arrive and all my emails reporting this have been ignored. This is a scam

I bought some flowers and a balloon for my mum as I live very far away from home and we wasn't going to see each other for around a year. She was having a tough time and I wanted something to make her smile. Looking online I wanted to send her flowers and I came across the website for lovely flora as I am a student and I'm a bit strapped for cash I decided this was a good website it showed good reviews on the site and the flowers all had very good deals on them. I ordered my flowers and a heartshaped balloon early the Sunday morning and recieved an email saying that it would definitely be here my the Monday so I sent it to my home address instead of her work address and they never showed, I emailed the company enquiring about this and recieved nothing back which is very as they promise that their brilliant customer service support team will contact you very shortly! They don't even have a phone number to ring which is very frustrating!
The flowers then arrived the next day I revived no email to tell me they had be delivered or that they were even out for delivery!
The flowers arrived and there wasn't even a single bud that wasn't dead they were all crunchy and crushed and had no life or colour to them which wasn't what I'd paid for I'm trying to brighten my mums days so I picked some pretty and colourful flowers! Alongside the dead flowers lay a balloon saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY when I paid £5 for a love heart shaped balloon! I have sent a complaint form but I doubt it will even be read or replied to!
I'm very unhappy and disappointed and I think this company is shocking and needs to pull its finger out! So anyone who's looking to give someone a really nice surprise shop else where you'll regret it otherwise!
Absolutely dreadful. Flowers arrived a day late which was fine but they were dead. When I emailed (they refuse to speak to you) they insisted on photo evidence. I got this (embarrassing as it was to ask the recipient) showing them dead on arrival. They said they would send more next day. They didn't arrive so I chased. They said, give it another day. No response. Another three emails ignored. That was over a week ago. Now they will not respond to my emails at all. They happily took the money and will not make contact back. I have wasted hours with these people. They are the very very worst
I ordered flowers for my mums 40th they arrived to the hotel two days early which meant I wasn't there yet and they was in a box no water and completely dead when I got them. I've contacted this company every day since Monday and no response there a massive scam when u request bigger bunch they don't come any nicer and that's why it's cheap I just wish I saw reviews before using them. If I get no response I will be going to trading standards and reporting this. Unfortunately I can't attach photos due to the way it needs to be uploaded
These people just take your money and at the end nothing is like what it should be. I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday and not only they delivered it one day later but also the bouquet which I ordered online from their website has nothing similar with what my mom received. Flowers were missing which is so disappointing since I ordered the bouquet with 50 % more flowera (a bigger size) and I paid double for this "extra". Guys, do not purchase anything from this shop because it's not about the money you pay but it's about the love with which you want to surprise sb close to you and at the end you are so disappointed with the extremely poor service offered by lovelyflora world! Plus all of that they also don't want to give me refund! What kind of people are you?!?!?
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
