I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday which was on 12/06/20, I went to visit her a couple of days later and happened to ask where the roses were and she informed me that they had died and that they were not good when she received them. I had ordered the mixed roses plus the 50% extra. I contacted Lovely floral world via their messaging service telling them what had happened but no reply, I emailed them and got what looked like an automated reply telling me not to get in touch more than once as this will slow the system down, it is now 08/07/20 and still no response. Customer services is appalling. I noticed that of the reviews on the web page which could be seen were all 5 star which makes me wonder if they are real reviews at all. My mum was 83 and this is not what I had wanted for her.

Awful

I ordered some flowers which arrived brown and crushed. The company tried everything they could not to refund me and have now refused to refund me for delivery of their faulty product. Do not order from them. Terrible product and terrible customer service

Very Disappointed

Ordered for my sister, even added 50% extra but very disappointed at how few flowers there were,(only 16 actual flowers), 1 tiny bit of gypsophila which was on a very short stem and another short piece of fern type greenery. Looks nothing like the picture they use About 5 heads broken. Not worth the money( £17.24) Won't be using them again.

Don't use at all

Ordered birthday flowers, arrived with some missing and looking nothing like the website. Facebook site blocked messages, no answering phone or email. Flowers died within 2 days... absolute disgrace I'm sure reviews on web page are made up!

I ordered 50% more flower and they came the same size of a £5 supermarket bunch flowers some were falling apart and a rose stem was snapped leafs half eaten and they can sellotaped round the stems not tied beautifully completly dry too I had emailed and still no reply a week later apart from a automated one I will not order again and they didn't last long a few days i included a picture of what I ordered adding 50% more too to what I received just very disappointed in this company

Worse company ever!

I ordered roses for my best friends 50th birthday. I paid £20, the roses that was delivered looked like £2 flowers from asda or something. I have emailed them so many times, no reply. Called them over 30 times but the tone is always busy. Please do not waste your money on this company

Appalling Service

Hi Everyone
Whatever you do never use this company for your flower order, i ordered flowers for my wife's Silver wedding Anniversary to be delivered the day prior so as not to spoil the surprise.
I also ordered a balloon to go with what looked like on the site beautiful vivid Pink Roses.
Well what we got came over 2 days earlier even though my order had confirmed delivery on the date chosen.
That then spoilt my surprise but what spoiled it more was when i took them from the box to find what could only be described as insipid whitish pink dead looking flowers.
I am so disgusted they could send this out and so disappointed they treat customers in this way.
I have Emailed on lots of occasions and not one reply ( Disgraceful Service)

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. They did not arrive on time- three days late! During lockdown, so had no other presents! I paid £5 extra for the large bouquet. They were extremely small and a very poor quality, only lasting 5 days. They also said there would be chocolates too. No there weren't. I have emailed several times and they don't even have the decency to respond. Will not use them again?

Lovelyfloraworld are the pits. The flowers arrived a day too late and next morning half were dead, the rest died the following day. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. I gave them one star because it was the lowest available but I would give them minus10. Never again, please be warned

Ordered flowers for my 81 year old mum, stupidly believing everything on the site including reviews. Despite emails to confirm the order and then another that the bouquet was complete and ready for delivery, the flowers arrived a day late and my poor old mum thought I'd forgotten her special day. There was no warning or apology for the delay. On top of that the 24 roses delivered Tuesday morning were all dead by Thursday morning. I've already emailed the company three times now to no avail and it looks like the reviews on their website and on Facebook are being "filtered" by the company. I would give them no stars if I could and am taking things further. Disgusting service and I intend finding a way of stopping this from happening to anybody in the future.

They sell sub standard low quality and poor flowers with decaying and broken stems. If you try and complain they fob you off and won't answer their 'phones. Please avoid. I suspect they are just interested in the money with no respect for quality or decency and honesty.

Poor flowers

I ordered a joyful bouquet with added 50%for a total of £17.98 on 19.06.2020 for delivery as it was my friend's 50th and working from home I didn't have chance to get to a florist. These were supposed to be delivered on 22.06.2020 and arrived at 2pm on 23.06.2020. To say how disappointed I was is an understatement. There was so few flowers, they were wilted and half dead
I have had much better and more flowers from a £10 sainsburys bunch of flowers.
Sent an email but have not had any response.
Please do not waste your money!

What was ordered compared to what was delivered bears little resemblance, especially as I had paid extra for 50%more blooms. I ordered 10 days in advance of my friends birthday- they arrived a week late, minus the birthday balloon I had also paid for and many of the flower heads had broken off! All attempts to get a refund have failed. Appalling service.

Absolutely crap

Do not use this company!
2 days late with the delivery, despite the delivery date being offered and chosen, and no response from customer service after 2 emails.
The flowers delivered smelled mouldy and had fur on the stalks, and were nothing like what were advertised!
Save your money - buy from a petrol station or supermarket!

Flowers Arrived late we're not fresh and withered. Had broken stems dead heads and petals missing, The roses and lilies had brown edging. There was no bow advertised in picture shown online,
Their website says fresh quality beautiful flowers they were far from it, and nothing like what they looked like on their website.
I paid for 50% Extra but only received a small very sparse bouquet, of Flowers and almost dead. Emailed customer services numerous times with no reply. Phoned which they did answer advising me to send them pictures which I did the very same day.
Had to phone them again, Request a refund but they were adamant that there was nothing wrong with the flowers even with the photo evidence when I insisted for a refund they did offer 20% off but to date have still not received this.
And now wish I had not ordered from this company in the first place
And insisted on a full refund,
I am also puzzled to how they have positive reviews on their website yet you can't put a review on,
So my advise would be to please avoid them, I definitely would not recommend them, they do not care that flowers are sent for a reason and that is show how much you care especially at this time, they clearly don't care about their customers

Dont use this company. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the photo i chose from. They were just bundled up-no attempt made to arrange them. Not interested in my complaint. This experience has put me off ever ordering flowers online again. Really upset me. They say free delivery then charge you for tracking and you dont actually get the tracking they promise to say the flowers are on their way. This company must be laughing all the way to the bank! No need to be like this.

Disgusting service

I ordered flowers for my mum on a Friday. Within an hour I realised I'd made a mistake and put the delivery address as my own. I emailed straight away to amend the address and was told there was no issue and the flowers would go to my mums address. Yiu can imagine my surprise and annoyance that the flowers got delivered to my house 4 days later! My annoyance grew even more when I opened the box and saw 7 flowers and the yellow flowers were browning off already. The label still had my address but had scribbled out my name and wrote my mums, this just shows me that the flowers had been in the box since the Friday as that was when they emailed to tell me my order was being prepared. I tried to contact the company many times about them rearranging the delivery or giving me a refund, yesterday I wrote and told them I will be writing a review about how bad they are as a company... I gave over 24hrs to respond to my email but still I've heard not anything. This company is an absolute disgrace and I would never use them again. Crap service and crap flowers! Oh and I ended up delivering the flowers myself! I paid a decent amount of money for something that wasn't worth more than a couple of quid.
