I ordered 24 yellow roses, they arrived promptly on Tuesday, by Thursday they were ready for the bin, most of them turned brown and the rest didn't open. I emailed a complaint and they sent a second bunch which arrived on the following Thursday, today, Sunday these too are ready g I r the bin, they have all drooped with no sign that any will open. Do not purchase from this company, they are cheap for a reason! The attached photo is the second bunch 3 days after receiving them!
My sister in law was over the moon with the flowers I sent for her birthday.
They arrived on time and in excellent condition.
I shall recommend to my friends.

My son ordered some flowers for me for my birthday. How disappointing. Recieved a sorry looking bunch of flowers. Look nothing like the picture. Phoned and complained and they said they would send another bunch out. They did after being reminded. Only to recieve another sorry looking bunch. Not happy at all. Would never use this site again. Very poor quality flowers. Ruined my birthday.
Do not use this company although you pay £4.75 over and above delivery fee to track your delivery all you get is an email telling you flowers are out for delivery they use Royal Mail and only try the once to deliver then they go to the sorting office my friend who had just lost her dad had a card put through and she had to travel over 2 mile on public transport to pick up her own flowers that I had sent her
The most dreadful flowers I've ever received. Contacted customer they were very rude.
They received very late and all were nearly dead. No offer of apology or anything.
I paid for 50% extra and received 90% less.
I ordered flowers plus the extra 50% for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary and they never arrived, called them up and was basically fobbed off, shocking service by a company that is only interested in your cash. I will never use again. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere.
1/ Received flowers with no notification of who they were from on card.
2/ Poor quality, half dead & broken stems
3) Obviously not fresh, as stems slimy
3/ Very disappointed & embarrassed to tell the friends who had sent them.

I have now had 4 replacements sent, each of them have been so disappointing! The first one was awful, really old flowers, smelling stagnant with slimy stems. Broken stems & all died within a couple of days!
Each time the customer service was good, but the replacement was still dreadful! Far too much, very strange foliage & very poor quality flowers which only last for a day or 2!
I was disappointed with the flowers my wife received as they did not match the picture on the website i e-mailed about this but was fobbed off with 10%discount on next order which i will not be making. This was with an extra 50% of flowers which was a laugh.
Take a wide birth of this company quality very poor customer care very poor. Flowers left on door step even though we were in at the time of delivery. We watched the delivery drop them off them jump in he van and on her way out before we got to the door. The images are two after delivery, they said good for two weeks.
I ordered a bunch of flowers on the 4/08/2020 they were due to arrive on the 5/08/2020 they never arrived. Contacted customer service by email twice no reply. Now I have to fight to get my money back. Terrible service
I ordered roses with a balloon, plus chocolates and a teddy bear for my wife for our golden wedding anniversary. The roses and ballon arrived on the correct date but no chocolates or teddy bear. The roses were okay, but the associated greenery with them was dry and crispy. The ballon was also okay! It took me a week to get through to them to complain and they subsequently reimbursed about a third of the price. I emailed to say that I was not satisfied and wanted a full refund, and received a reply that they could only refund the cost of the missing items. I took the complaint to my credit card company and it took them about 5 weeks to get me a refund of the remaining balance, so i'm not out of pocket. However it was extremely disappointing, and upsetting on such a special occasion.
Certainly not fresh, damaged tiny balloon, oaid for 50% more, didnt receive anywhere near amount advertised, had to argue for refund.

I should have read up on the reviews before I ordered from this company because the company is totally unreliable and the issues I experienced are very similar (almost exact) to many of the reviews provided. If i could give the company minus stars - i would. The bouquet was not delivered on the date specified, even though they confirmed the date of expected delivery. The delivery was made 3 days early later which is not ideal when it is a birthday surprise. I also ordered 50% extra flowers and still very little stems and flowers of poor quality. I can understand slight differences between a stock bouquet photo and the real thing, but the actual delivery is nothing like the pictures on the site. The number of stems received was considerably less than in the bouquet advertised.
My initial email to the company was ignored and a subsequent email with photos to register an issue and threaten action finally got a response which was inadequate. The company offered a derisory 20% discount if i ordered again despite my complaint that i was completely unhappy with the delivery and service I received.
The issue here isnt even the amount of money spent but rather the company's indifference to resolving complaints and when it does, its an attempt for customers to purchase more flowers to get any recompense. A real joke and terrible customer service!
This is what was received and even paid for extra flowers nothing like what they show on there order website. Stay well clear of ordering from this company they are a disgrace you can buy better from your local shops
Ordered A bouquet of flowers for our anniversary, looked at the pictures on the site, took advantage of a 50% more flower offer, and when delivered there was only 14 flowers in a box, one of which was dead, and the others past their best. To be fair when I rang to complain, they did send me another bouquet the next day, but this time they was not what I had ordered the first time and again in a box, not arranged as on the website. I would have done better going to a petrol station. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Ordered what looked like a lovely spray of roses with bow i even added extra 50% of roses. What i received today i could buy in asda very misleading company.
Ordered a beautiful luxury rose heart for my daughters great nans funeral and this is what turned up, absolutely shocked and upset at what was delivered to the funeral home, I called the company first thing this morning to be told basically not there problem at all they took no responsibility no replacement just £30 refund from the £59,99 I spent on them which isn't good enough, spoilt the funeral Other family members were very unpleased at what arrived at the funeral home, very upset to be told by staff on phone this morning after emailing pic over that there's nothing wrong with it, 1 I ordered what was in pic roses with 3 Lilly's, what came was a different colour no Lilly's and with some other flowers which was not in the advertisement and 2 with a portion of said flowers completely missing as you can see from the photos exactly what issues are but this company refuses any responsibility, avoid this company if you don't wish to be disappointed and completely ripped off!
Bouquet much smaller than the advertised one with poor quality carnations. Not worth the money and don't bother to complain as you get nowhere slowly.
I was very worried after ordering 'Pretty Scented Roses and Freesias Bouquet - £16.99, then read all the negative reviews! I usually order flowers from another reputable shop, but love the sweet scent of freesia so much, I took the chance. I ordered the flowers for family who just moved to a new home! My daughter-in-law tried her best not to disappoint me, but the photo she sent was of dying flowers, brown edges on the yellow roses, and no scent from the freesia!? The site agreed to send another fresh bouquet, but why couldn't they do it in the first place? Why did it take someone who have to use their position as a lawyer to get the positive response? Totally unacceptable, I will never order from Lovely Flora World again. Not recommended!
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
