If I had to choose a employee, I would hope there would be someone exactly like Vickie Simpson to choose from. What a polite, helpful gentleman. Super professional and seriously, they just don't come around that often like him. After hrs, he happened to be the one that answered my last call and made things a breeze and I say last call because there was simply not a thing left to do after he helped me. I hope he gets a big raise soon because he deserves it. Everyone was nice but Vickie excelled.

My original flight was sold out but when I called to cancel, not only did Jordan find me a better flight on (what I consider a better airline than the original booking), he got me a better departure and arrival time with non stop service. I LOVE IT! Thank you so much Jordan! :)

Total scam
April 1, 2019

Do not book your flight with this SCAM company! Save your money and go else where. I booked 3 economy round trip tickets with this company and got emails from them on two separate dates. First stating my tickets were basic economy and one day later another email stating that my tickets we're ECONOMY. When I called to sort out the confusion, the customer service guy was very rude and basically told me it was a human error. That I should read the fine prints on the confirmation. Which says that baggage not included. I then asked him why the company would send me two different emails and what is the difference between basic and economy tickets? He could not answer and kept going in the pointless circle that I had to read the fine print. This is the most irresponsible booking source that I've ever come across throughout my years of traveling. They refused to take responsibility for their own errors and customers pay the price. And now I stocked with 3 basic economy tickets that I paid on economy price. In addition I would have to pay to check my bags separately. All because of a mistake this company refused to own up to!

Booking with Sonya was easy.
She walked me through everything, sent appropriate emails, and even called me back after the original call dropped.

That was a mistake!
March 23, 2019

I was trying to help a friend out (who doesn't speak English well) by modifying their reservation to allow for a pet to travel. I had never used Spirit Airlines before and accidentally used LookupFare. After going through the process the Customer Service rep was very pushy and insistent I review the site here... demand granted. After paying for the pet and realizing something was off, I found the actual airline site and then discovered I overpaid the pet fee by $90.

Be very careful before booking anything with this Lookupfare. I scheduled a flight from Philadelphia to Orlando that was scheduled for 3/7/19. The flight was to be with Frontier Airlines. Frontier notified LookUp fare 3 times in January of a schedule change, which was verified. In any event I get to the airport 2 hours early and I am told I just missed my fight by 15 minutes. Clearly I was very upset and since Frontier was able to show proof that the flight was rescheduled 3 times there really was nothing they could do but to apologize and give me a free flight as a courtesy. I called numerous times and have wasted countless hours getting the run around. Finally manager Marcellus King called me back and he does not understand why I am upset because Frontier gave me a FREE flight as a courtesy from them. He decided a conference call would be best so Edna from Frontier joined the call. She verified that they notified them 3 times and the flight was a courtesy gift from them and not a resolution for their mess up. As soon as Edna started to talk to me to confirm everything the manager at LookUpFare Mr. Marcellus King disconnected the call because Edna told him they would not get a refund on my flight because it was their error. He is insisting that we are now even. He called me back but of course did not include Edna. Ok so not only is my vacation cut in half, my wasted time, plans ruined can someone tell me how a gift from Frontier makes up for their error? I was told at the airport last night that they should at the very minimum refund my credit for this flight and work out an arrangement for their error. So I ask what is fair? Filing a complaint with my bank now and filing with BBB and warning people any other way I possibly can

My travel buddy made the mistake of booking with lookupfare.com. When I received my copy of the confirmation I noticed my name was misspelled, missing one letter. My friend clearly spelled my name THREE times to the customer service agent who booked the tickets. I called them and was told that I may not be able to get on the plane since my ticket it does not match my identification. Since I did not contact them within 48 hours of the booking they would charge me an additional $200 fee to correct the misspelling even though it was their error! (I am certain they misspelled it intentionally). When my friend checked her credit card account, she discovered they had additionally added $400 in "fees" to the cost of the airline tickets. We are now disputing the "fees" with the credit card company. The airlines cannot help you, since they are a "third party" purchaser. After reading the other reviews, they do seem creative in their theft. Beware.

By all means if you booked either on accident or not with this company... BEWARE.
In my case, typed in United Airlines in BING and the 1st site listed was United Airlines flight booking. Looked so legit, didn't hesitate to click. Booked my flight, received a confirmation on the site and via e-mail. That's when I noticed the email was from *******@lookupfare.net and not United.
Curious, I did a reviews search on this company and was shocked that they are even allowed to be on a search engine. Long story short, booked travel for $313.20 and bank account was debited $511.20. After a few frantic calls, cancelled with lookupfare and called the fraud department at Chase. I'll keep you posted

Never again!
December 17, 2018

Watch your e-ticket carefully! Lookupfare is not a good company to work with. I selected my starting and ending places, and the layover they chose for me to come back was not right. They had me landing at one airport in Washington DC and flying out of another one. When I contacted them, they "sold" me another leg of travel from the correct airport--extra money paid, but shouldn't have been. I ended up with 2 e-tickets from separate airports for my return trip. What confusion! I would not trust them to take care of my flight again!

Wasted money
December 16, 2018

5 Days before my trip I looked at my confirmation E-Mail (I should have checked sooner) and my flight dates were not what I picked they are dates I never looked at, I booked 12-. 22-18 and 1-1-19 my ticket was 12-25-18 and 12-29-18. I do not feel I entered anything wrong someone was looking over my shoulder confirming with me. I called Customer service to be told that I booked a sub-economy ticket and I could not get a refund or change the dates. I suppose it said that some where in the fine print. I ask about the travelers insurance and was told it only covered medical problems or catastrophes, I'm sure that was in the fine print also. I called the Airline and was told some agreement with the 3rd party prevented them from doing anything because this was a sub-economy ticket. Rebooking now has cost me double the flight cost and I'm out every thing for the first ticket, I feel totally ripped off.

I thought I was booking a flight directly with United. Their computer info did not indicate an agency or any fee. They told me that if I didn't pay to check luggage I would not be allowed to board or be seated until ever other passenger was seated and then I would be seated in whatever seat was available They were aware that I was using a wheelchair! Rouge was their agent. This is a total scam and they should be put out of business!

I booked a flight. After clicking on United Airlines, I was directed to this vendor. I thought it was ok since I was directed there so I continued to book my flight. I had confirmation and thought all was well. A few days (Literally), prior to our departure date, I thought I would check our flight status. I couldn't find anything, so I contacted LookupFare only to be told that we did not have booking. They said that the fares had gone up and they could not book our flight for the advertised price. They said they tried to contact me which they obviously did not. And they could now book me, but the cost would be increased by close to $300.00 dollars. I frigging unloaded on the frigging idiots. I won't go into detail but I was one pretty pizzed off individual, and I let them know it. I asked for the Manager, and after several minutes, I was told that they could book my flight for the original price. In the end (after several phone calls to United), I was finally confirmed through United. Stay away from this booking company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They are a total sham, bait and switch etc. Save yourself the stress.

It's a SCAM
November 15, 2018

THE WEBSITE IS A SCAM!
The worst booking experience I ever had! They sent me a confirmation email saying my tickets were booked and I was all set to go. The next day I woke up to an email saying that the booking didn't go through because my card was declined. This was a lie. I called my bank and they had not even attempted to charge my card. When I called lookupfares customer service they said they had tried to charge my card (lie) and now my flights had gone up in price and I would have to pay around $200 more. They would not honor the original price. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Got worried that this might be a scam, but actually had a good experience. I booked two flights for my friend and I for March 2019 online last night and got an emailed confirmation. I immediately got two hang up phone calls from *******607. I then got a hang up call today from the same number this afternoon. I called their 24/7 customer support line from the confirmation email today at *******589 and the girl on the phone said that my tickets were being held and that they had been trying to call to get payment (when I had already paid online). She told me that someone would be calling within 30 minutes to verify payment. I got a call from *******176 after that. She verified the flights and the price from last night and the last 4 digits of my card. They charged my card and I got the e-ticket email this afternoon. I just put that into the airline website and they pulled my flights right up. I don't like that they called me yesterday and today for flights that I paid for yesterday and I am not sure what would have happened if I hadn't called them back, but this did work for me. The hang up calls were very stressful and my card was not charged and I did not get the e-ticket number until today, so that accounts for the 4 stars.

Scammers
October 19, 2018

This company is a total sham. I booked an very expensive flight and received and email confirming it. Two days later I grew concerned because it had not yet charged my bank card. Then they call me at 1 am! To say that the reservation can not be confirmed until I pay them an additional $400. They blame the airline for a mistake and claimed the fare went up before it was confirmed. I told them to just forget it and I would go a different route. We'll magically then my acct is suddenly charged 3 separate times for a flight over $1100! Bank of America is my hero in this situation but please do not do business with this company. They should go to prison.

Bait and switch scam!
October 9, 2018

As other people have pointed out, this company is a scam! I booked and did not have time to check my day of departure. They booked me for the wrong day and then wanted to charge me an extra $500 for the day that I had wanted in the first place. I am shocked and disappointed that the airlines have continued to allow this company to do business with them.

I was routed to this service from an airline. I was told they were the "official" third party booking service. It turns out they over charged me for my fare, significantly more than if I booked through the airline. Getting customer service support has been extremely difficult. This is an international flight, they told me I had premium economy, but it turns out I was in economy. When I tried to upgrade, they quoted me a price almost double of the actual price. I was able to find my actual record in Air Canada and upgrade at the normal price. LookupFare is a terrible service.
