Orden was placed 12/09/2022 and as of today, 01/18/2023 I still nothing. No product, no update, no shipping confirmation. When I followed up 12/19/2022 the individual told me, "Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear this. Your order is still in production at this time and we are sincerely sorry that it's taking so long to ship. Unfortunately, though we hoped to have this shipped out, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping or delivery date. We understand that this is less than ideal. We are working diligently to get this shipped as soon as possible. I sadly do not have an ETA at this time. When this ships you should get an email with tracking." I have followed up again and waiting for a response. No problem taking my money. I would love for this place to be shut down and hope this will deter someone else from being screwed.

This company charges you and never sends the product. Cant dispute the charge because the company says it is enroute and provides a bogus tracking number. Do not buy form them.

I ordered a mug form this company and the quality was awful, you guys. The design on the mug and even the entire mug itself was completely scratched up, with visible marks and scratches, to the point where the mug felt really rough and scratchy to the touch, as opposed to the smooth texture of a normal ceramic mug. As mentioned, the design also had tons of visible white scratches on it. No idea what might've caused it, I'm not sure if it looked like that from the start or if the bubble wrap it was wrapped up in caused that, which wouldn't have happened if the item was of higher quality.
To top it all off the handle on the mug was completely broken when I had recieved it, so I had to throw the whole thing away.
I didn't bother sending it back for a refund as I'd have to pay for shipping/customs again, as I live in europe, so it just wouldn't be worth it anyway and more money wasted. I don't recommend this company at all.

Terrible site. There are some funny items on the site but they take FOREVER to arrive. For example, I placed an order on the 4th of the month and it is the 20th and the product has yet to arrive. Also, the site says that it's based out of Ohio but it isn't. The shipping was international shipping. Will never purchase from here again.

Look Human charges an average of $15 to $20 for t-shirts. Make no mistake, these are $5 shirts. They're not worth anymore than that. They are thin and don't hold up to being washed. Save your money.

Don't order from these folks if you are on any kind of a deadline. They packaged my mug loosely in cardboard only, with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it from the normal process of shipping. Of course the mug arrived in pieces! I had paid extra for the fastest shipping available, so they should have been able to afford to put some decent packing material in there. When I emailed them for a replacement, they blamed the situation on the fact that they're just a small startup company, and they refused to ship a replacement overnight to me so that I could meet my deadline. This company cuts corners, so don't risk your money with them.

So I ordered a shirt and I loved the printing on it. I got it and it was too small. In order to return it, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops so I just ordered the right size. It fit this time, but the first time I washed it, all the printing started to peel off. Customer service is garbage too.

Placed an order for 3 shirts, I received an email on 2/24/2022 that my order had shipped. But when checking the provided tracking number according to USPS they never even received the package from LookHuman to get to me. I emailed customer support, takes a few days for a response. The customer service agent stated that "we can only assume your order is lost In transit"... but USPS claims they never received the package. They offered to resend my package out free or give me a full refund. I opted for a refund. I loved the designs that this site had to offer and was really looking forward to my purchase but I get very sketchy vibes from this website and their customer service. Will sadly not be placing another order.

I've ordered from LookHuman twice now and I'm done. The first time I ordered three shirts. The only issue I had was that the shirts weren't great quality, but I can get over that. The second time I ordered stickers. I received a tracking number, but the tracking information never indicated that the item was received by the shipping company or on its way. I waited two weeks to see if it showed up anyway and it didn't. I emailed customer service and asked where my order was. After giving my order information, a few hours later the tracking information finally indicated that the shipping company received my order to ship to me. I received an email from customer service saying that the tracking information ia now updating. I emailed customer service again and asked why it took them so long to send my order. The representative responded saying that shipping companies were just behind due to the pandemic. I can understand that to be true in some instances. But you cannot convince me that they are running two weeks behind. It was obvious that they only handed the package off to the shipping company after I emailed to complain since the tracking information indicated that they received the package about five hours after I emailed asking where my order was. Then the customer service representative lied to me and said that the shipping company was just behind due to the pandemic. When I brought the obvious lies up to the customer represetative, I stopped receiving replies back. I won't be ordering from this company again if their products are subpar and their customer service reps are liars that refuse to take responsibility for or correct mistakes. I'm very disappointed.
I wasn't sure what to expect because I never heard of this site before until they popped up on my Facebook. I purchased some of their anime socks and a few shirts and was pleasantly surprised at the quality (which was good in my opinion). I wish that all items shipped together, but I think they ship some items separately because of how they print stuff? Idk, but everything still shipped in a good time frame. I gave a shirt to a friend for their birthday and they thought it was hilarious.
Your assumption was correct! Some items do arrive separately because of the way that they are printed, but we understand how this can be a bit of a bummer. I noticed a client of mine shopped LookHuman so I decided to give it a try. Loved the ideas, especially the mugs - I bought 3 for sarcastic holiday gifts. I also bought 3 t-shirts, 2 of which arrived yesterday. The quality is awful and thin, horrible shape to these 2 baseball tee-style I bought, the men sizing looks way off and too big, and the decal on the one shirt is crooked and shouldn't be (the other tee, I bought knowing it was purposely crooked)! I'm kinda embarrassed to gift these shirts - looks like some kid made them in the basement! I'm afraid to see how bad the last one looks. I gave the extra star for the mugs that came timely and in perfect shape - I would buy these again from this site.
I've had 2 orders over the years that had issues — one was a damaged product and the other was an exchange. In both cases the process was quick & easy, and I got my replacement products quickly.

I placed my order on 6/26, making note of "4-5 business day shipping". A week and a half later I contacted them via their chat to get a shipping update and I was told that "due to them being hand printed my order would likely ship out early the next week."
Fast forward about 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard back, and at this point the chat button on their site is non-existent despite the contact us page saying you can contact them via chat. I've sent an email and waiting to hear back but at this point I'm very likely to cancel my order if I hear back from anyone because this company clearly does not deserve my patronage. If this was a year ago I'd be more understanding of pandemic delays but most of the US is no longer under lockdown and there's just no excuse for this situation.
Update: Heard back from customer service and they gave me the exact same cookie cutter response they did last time I contacted them "Unfortunately this order is still in production, we're hoping to ship it this week"
They clearly can't keep up with demand or simply don't care. 0/10 never ordering from this business again. Will update again once I get a refund.
I ordered a baseball tee, and a short sleeve and they're both perfect. The writing and designs look great and they're super comfortable. Shipping was really fast as well.

Ordered two tank tops, the shipping was a nightmare with subpar customer service for the issues faced. The order took quite sometime to arrive, which is expected since it was an international order. However, when it arrived I'm beyond disappointed: the fit of the shirts are beyond terrible, the quality of the shirt is dreadful at best and I doubt the design will hold up very well. I fear the first wash of them because they're that flimsy bad quality. If I could give zero stars I would, horrendous experience, disappointing product. Never again.
Answer: I never received one, so I emailed them today, 2 days after ordering to ensure they had received the order. Gave them my order number and name and they sent me a tracking link saying it was on the way to me... that tracking link is completely wrong and not my order and now they didn't respond to that

As far as the sizing question, most customers find that our tees fit true to size, especially when the customer purchases based on the size charts we offer.
