I wanted to cancel my flight within the hour of making it.
I wasn't able to without a charge/fee.
I wanted to use a different credit card, and I couldn't do that either... the ticket had already been "confirmed".
I feel mislead by the rhetoric of a "24 hour grace period".
It is doubtful I'll use LookByFare again.
I checked out at 940 and then i was told that i have to 175 for taxes and fees.
I had an unpleasant experience dealing with the representative. He was rude and argumentative. I don't have confidence that my booking is actually solidified. I'll find out when I go to travel.
Someone from the company did call me back this evening (12-4-21) and asked me to give a more positive review. He said my reservation was confirmed. I told him that I couldn't be untruthful.
All of my flight details got changed after booking them but luckily the customer service rep helped me get new flight details that fit my needs within 7 minutes.
It was excellent, no problem getting to my flight.

I would rate this experience great for a couple reasons. There was no time clock running during booking that threatened to raise the rates if I wasnt compketed on time. The price I found was the same as a price I found three weeks ago. I expoected it to go up as I got closer to the flight date. So yes, this was very easy and convienent.

I was scare bc I only received a confirmation code and NO Reservation yet and I was scare it didn't go through. The next day I receive the reservation and that's when they charge my credit car. Good prices overall

After booking, representative called asking for more money and when we said no, he tried to get us to change flight time and days. WTF is going on?

I called 1st time but the person was not helpful he was trying to take extra money, before u put the credit cards number it should give u the price that anyone is going to pay and if u agree with the price than you place the order
I called the 2nd time I spoke with Nigel and he was very super helpful because I told him that the price I saw and I should that price, he has very excellent customer service and than later he send me an email confirmation for the booking.

Five over 10 so far. I hope next time the payment does not go up once I confirmed a flight. Have a great day.
I felt like I was a victim of a bait & switch. I ended up getting charged and extra $150 because the rep I spoke to "didn't know all of the requirements and rules" for how they do business. And then when I asked to talk to a manager and the manager said he would call me back in 30 minutes I had to call back 2 hours later.
Fast and easy and was quick to finish the transaction to secure that very important flight

Unfortunately, the final price was higher than the company offered me at the beginning. The reason for the final charge was neither clear nor well justified.
