It was a easy flight to book. And very low ticket. Even though there is a 10 hour layover don't think I would've found a cheaper flight.
I received a confirmation which gave me a total of $529.40(including tax & fees). But then a second mail came in, which showed a total of $675.40! When I called customer service for explanation, I was treated quite rudely & only told "it's taxes & fees ma'am". That doesn't explain the price discrepancy at all. I'll never use this company again.
The customer service are so rude. I had to go through 3 representatives to help me. It was a horrible experience
