It was a very cordial and delightful experience. Nigel was very patient. He took his time with my sister and I insuring that we recieved the dates that we we want, the times that we want and the airport of our choosing.
There was a fee that was charged twice, I contact *******@byfare
And they immediately within 24 hours reversed and realized there was a mistake on their part. Overall experience was excellent. Will book again in the future

I was charged $40 more than my original booking. Tried to tell me that the reason was due to the timing of the seat/price availability updates on website. That's BS! I went on the Delta site and seat availability for the same price was still open.

It was wonderful, easy and simple. My husband and I had a flight with spirt airline that was canceled and we needed to get home ASAP. We came across LookByFare and found a very reasonable priced flight leaving the same day we booked it and LookByFare sent the information via email and text and kept us updated throughout our whole booking until we landed. I will definitely be booking through them again. *Please note that time is needed for the 3rd party to solidify the information with the airline.

Was issued credit for a cancelled flight. To use the credit, the guy on the phone said the total price would be over $650, more expensive than if I booked the flight myself online without using the credit, $630.
Edit: They called me back and explained the situation and how to save a little more, which I appreciate. I opted to wait and use my exchange for a later flight.
