Booked my flights on line on the website, only to have the price increase a half hour later due to no one keeping the prices up to date. Very frustrating when trying to savemoney on a fixed budget. Was given a discount to make up for the increase but still cost me $80 more than the listed price. Other than that, it was good. Website is easy to follow.

Got an email saying my card was declined, customer service immediately contacted me and help get it resolved. Call my bank and call back to the agency quickly answer my call got in touch with the person helping me and summited my payment again and quickly got my confirmation of my reservation.
