Didn't know until after booking that I was charged an additional $175 so our cost went from$572 plus the $74 for checked baggage to over $821. Next time I'll just book directly through airline.

I booked my flight and paid for the upgrade and was told that I would get my e ticket and it took until midnight after I was told it should come within 2 hours and then within 30 minutes and then within an hour but I had to keep calling just to the confirmation number

Love this site, easy and constantly good
Gave number to call but when you do is like you were committing a crime. In the morning spoke to a representative forgot name but he tried to get me all the discount to help my family need more workers like him, he even ask supervisor to get the best discounts and call back when phone kept dropping call because of winter weather and I live near beach
