Bad customer services scammer they change my flight after i booked my flight
Well I did not see anywhere that the flight I booked did not have checked bag or carry on. Had insurance for it. But no bags. I noticed it when got my conformation. Big red letters. Phoned right away and they said can add for 275 us with upgrade. Ticket was 349 so to add carryon and check in was 275 us but they also upgrade. Did not care about upgrade. After about 30 min on phone got it down to 130 us.also had cancelation insurance and they where going to charge me more on top of it. Even though from booking to phone call was less then 2 min. I would avoid them at all cost.and I still did not anywhere on site about no baggage. You can pay for protection even if you have no bags. Other sites easy to see. And one site only charge 55 can for check in and carry on was free. Yea stay away.
The experience was pleasant from Adele. Unfortunately, the original price of)320 was not available and increased to $490.95 and $39.10. I suspect that lookbyfare advertises a super lower fare to hook customers then increase the price. It is a horrible, misleading and deceptive business practice.
It was easy to book the airlines of my preference without paying too much for it.
Total scam. They said they would do something and did the complete opposite costing me around $700. I would advise not to use.
