I booked and purchased my ticket and when the guy called to confirm he tried to give me a different higher price.
The customer ought to know how much is due at the point of checkout, and the amount due ought to include taxes. It is really inconsistent with reasoning for a customer to have paid for booking only to be contacted later that taxes where not included.

It was quick and easy. Took about an hour to actually confirm I was booked with flight plans I requested but all in all it worked out. Now I have to see what the experience is like when I actually go to the airport. Hopefully they're aren't any hick-ups. Also no carry on is included. Just a personal item that fits under the seat. I recommend this site if your making plans last minute.
He answered all our questions and examined their process on. Very friendly and reassuring. Thank you for your kindness and patience. We just went through a very bad experience with another servicer.
