My Telephone conversation with Tom, he assured me that the extra USD 70 deducted from my account was to be refunded. Till now I have not seen it.
These folks are an absolute sham of a business. I spoke with a rep by the name of Vinny who called after I booked my flight saying she can provide me with a better flight with Delta. Said I would have to pay an additional $368. Did it, everything seem smooth UNTIL the following day! They called back because the ball was dropped on their in and needed my card info AGAIN! That was alarming…of course I'm upset because they're ruining an experience and a vacation I'm planning for my lady. So I finally get to the most incompetent supervisor on the face of the earth that completely wasted my time. No integrity and no accountability. So finally we get the booking complete and my seats were supposedly already assigned as discussed with Vinny. Get the confirmation and of course no seat assignments. Call back get the run around of course. No accountability again and then they have the audacity to tell me to CALM DOWN! No I'm not going to calm down this has been the booking from HELL! I called my attorney because they have to be held accountable. He's involved now so lord help them. I will NEVER BOOK WITH THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS AGAIN IN LIFE!
The site was a little slow but ended up getting the flight which was good.
Everything worked out. We got a call about luggage weight and we were concerned. The agent helped sort it out and we came to an agreement. I've never been called back after booking a trip about my luggage weight
After I confirmed my flight with the price, I got a phone call saying the price was not correct and that the price was 500.00 dollars more and that a carry on bag was not included. She stated that AA did not update the web site. She was trying to price gouge. I have the original confirmed flight so she was using dishonest sales practices. I ended up disconnecting the call. I will not use this web site again.

I originally bought 2 ticket online after the fact to pay additional l 200 The company reach out and they gave a partial refund with the travel voucher that had me resolve this situation. I am very satisfied with the service given by the company and will definitely book with them again.

Fine and the workers were helpful as well as the website being simple
This was a last week flight and comparing lookbyfare price for a round trip flight costing only $140.00 to all the other websites which had listings from $300-$400... Id say i got a good deal
