I find it quite stressful, after clicking the "Buy Ticket" button, to scroll down the list of add-ons trying to figure out which one(s) are really needed in the event that things don't go as planned...! I imagine it would be less so if I were made of money... I just have to cross my fingers and hope for the best.
Update: After reading my review, a representative from Lookbyfare called to help me understand how the various add-ons work. I really appreciate his time and patience in demystifying this process. I now feel seen, heard and cared for. In the future, I think I will be able to navigate this process with much more ease. I can now honestly say that I would recommend Lookbyfare for online booking.

Great experience and easy to purchase tickets! I called to confirm my purchase and they told me to give them a few to confirm our seats, and sure enough I received an email shortly after!

All the added fees after initial ticket price are deceptive. Much of that should've been included. Such as refunds and a carry-on bag. And seat placement.
Compared to other sites I like the prices here I also like the different options of different airports and different dates to choose from
It was very good and find a solutions always, trying to give you anything you are looking for.
Tickets were a little pricey afterwards and almost couldn't find a good time to where I wouldn't be able to get home until the day after but luckily I was able to find one that wasn't too soon or too late
Increasing the amount after everything was done was not enjoyable.
I thought that I was getting my airfare at a certain rate. The company called to inform me that they could not honor that rate. They did discount the new rate some, but I still had to pay significantly more than what was indicated when I booked online. AFTER SPEAKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ADEQUATELY TOOK CARE OF MY CONCERN.
So easy, a seamless system with lots of options a great service and cheap

Experience was ok; first time I'd used the site. I didn't like that if I'd selected flights that the system wouldn't hold it til I was done filling out all forms and information. I got the notification that I was confirmed, but immediately got a call from your rep explaining that I wasn't confirmed and needed to change flights...all at a higher cost. Don't know if that was really true or not. Was advised to call directly next time. Don't like your 'automated' system.
