Processing time is slow and ineffective explanation for what you pay for and how to effectively use it is inadequate translation into what the client wants and what you can provide it's an insecure statement in that it cost me money in the end

Excellent service really went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied
When I book my ticket with add on a check bag for the trip, I paid the total cost. However, my booking ticket shows the "check bag" was not included. I called and questioned about why didn't charge " check bag,", your representative told me that booking through the website is for ticket only, he gave me the price for the check bag which will cost me more money (more than airline and your website listed). I am very disappointed by this misleading.

Just after bought ticket, they just called me that ticket i just got was sold out. I need to change my flight and have to pay more. Even I want to cancel for pay back to me. But they said even if I cancel ticket I will get credit that I can use later. Not the money back. I feel like this is kind of scam. If i can get money back, I will cancel flight. However Support center I called was nice to me.
