Polite answered every question. Helpful information an made sure all my needs were met.
I booked internacional tickets with them and got a confirmation number. Then they called and said that price was no longer available for my flights and increased each ticket by 400 dollars. I had no choice but to agree. They sent me the confirmation. Then 4 days later they called, saying sorry that is no longer available, the tickets are now increased by 1,000 dollars each. They waited 4 days, after I had already booked hotels, cars and planned my whole vacation to tell me that, even though they'd sent a confirmation, the tickets were not booked. I ended up canceling everything and it costed me money and a lot of stress. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scammers.
