I was desperate to find a flight back from Washington DC. All flights through my usual channels of booking flights had one way flights starting at $400. I got on LookByFare and found my flight for $180! That was a game changer, especially since the holidays are right around the corner.
It was specific, good experience. Good service and great response
The booking was easy and their customer service was very nice.
It was system glitch when i tried to book my flight
I booked for different Dates but i got confirmation for other dates.
When i call to customer service they said it is not are fault and this and that and they disconnected my call 4-5 times

Was scammed out of my money and didn't get a plane ticket and had to pay another 200$ for a ticket. Very displeased with the service

The only thing I would have liked to see was a breakdown of the taxes with the airfare

I had a good experience, but it´s better if you add the cost of the taxes in the final price, because is a upset experience that I can see one price but when you make the reservation, after the assistant give you another price that includes taxes.
Online service was easy. But there was an unexpected fee that was not mentioned when I did the booking. I was charged 320 and 441 was taken out of my account.
But I wish they had better discounts for checking bags and cary on luggage.
