Extremely terrible service. I have been traveling, but I never had this kind of service I booked online and then they call me. They told me you booked is not confirmed. Her name is Valentina. She go ahead and said I paid $900 and that is sold out but if you want to we can get you for $1600 I refuse to pay she took me over the phone for an hour, and then she say find you nails and she said for $1200 and I go ahead I'll take it and then after Kasch call me back she said that is sold out I was upset. I told her go ahead and cancel it. Oh don't worry we'll find you stay in the phone she keeps trying to find me I don't believe her, but she would just keep going on and on she's telling me for one airport. Take taxi to go to the other airport and she just playing around. Finally I decided I don't want to cancel it and she said we cannot cancel it. You already booked after fighting an hour. She said will give you credit but we're not gonna get discount and she hang up the phone on me she was very extremely rude, but what I'm thinking they doing is they trying to get a commission you booked it online and cancel it and then they booked it for you so that means they can get commission so anyways I called back there's another guy came in. He asked you wanna cancel it sure you have 24 hour canceled and we can cancel it right now and go ahead and cancel it for me because I had 24 hours cancel and then I don't even have to cancel they've been telling me it's not even booked she was lying to me over and over and over so her name is Valentina she work for the company. She is extremely very rude she's from India so I don't know is only her or the company it works that way that is very very bad service. I've been trying to contact the customer service and they would not let me do that. I ask her for overnight I was with her new phone for six hours. She would not let me contact the customer service she keeps saying I got you don't worry, I said, can I have a customer service no
Site kept redirecting me for insurance and additional bag fees
Keeps forcing two extra fees without letting me checkout one fo insurance the other for extra bags its really annoying
