My experience was poor. I won't use you again. You put my first transaction through on my credit card and fail to cancel it when I agree to another flight. I won't use you and I will tell family and friends my experience.
You had an available flight made me buy it and then the next day is not available and had to buy the same flight for more money
Never take action through this site. They are scammers! I applied for 4 tickets from Detroit to Las Vegas, but they never shipped. I got them on the phone, asked for a refund and after a long argument, they emailed me that a refund will be made since I canceled the tickets, but again the money has not been refunded. As far as possible from these scammers!
It look like a scam, the price on the website was different for what I was charged, I even screen shot the price but they were adamant to refund my money, later I was offer 25 dollars instead of 78 dollars but I rejected it. I will not recommend the site for anyone. Christopher O

It's a very simple process. Once you find your flightsnd times you just get your debit card out and pay. Simple
The clerk's answer fairly fast and got all the hiccups fixed with the hour Wich was nice. Only problem was just I got a wrong information in my itinerary, other than that everything went smooth and they fixed quick.
I liked the fact that everything was in one place. In the past, with other apps, I would have to check Southwest availability separately. Really good to be able to do this.
This company is a scam. They price flights super cheap, once you book your flights someone calls from their home (kids screaming background) and tell that there's a problem with the reservation. I received a call at 3am, 5,7 and 50 emails asking for a lot more money to complete reservation.
