Just put a complaint on them to the Attorney's general office of MA. They are so unprofessional and have no business ethics. They talk to you in a condescending way like if they are the only ones online that can get you a deal. You bring it to their attention and they threaten you they will cancel the airline ticket. Spoke to supervisor I was treated the same way and the supervisor trying to blame American Airlines that canceled the tickets. American Airlines told me they would never canceled airlines tickets by voiding them. They were appalled on how this business could have done this. When I never gave consent for them to cancel the airline tickets. When I told them I was reporting them, the supervisor said they have attorneys to defend themselves. One of my complaint to the Attorney's general office is if what they did is legal? I never gave permission for them to cancel my airline ticket.

I booked 2 plane tickets for a low fare. I received a phone call about an hour later saying that the price went up and I have to pay the difference which was approximately 200 more. While I was on the phone I checked out Expedia which was only 100 more. When I told the agent that, they miraculously gave me the tickets at expedias price. I got a call from a customer device rep and the ended up giving me a 50 dollar credit. Thats a great way to satisfy a customer. I am very please with the service!
