I ordered a costume accessory and paid for 2 day business shipping. I did not receive the item until 10 days later. I contacted customer service to return the item since it did not arrive as paid for. They advised that costumes are non returnable. I advised how it did not arrive on time and got no where. Then I requested a refund on my shipping since it did not arrive as paid for. I was told that there was a code on the item that states it would be an additional 3-4 days. A code! Do not shop here as they have non customer friendly policies and no care about customer retention!
This place has very rude customer service... their free shipping is rarely ever free... Even if you buy full priced items as they state, there is always some kind of catch... if you buy a swim suit expect your item to take probably an extra week to get to you... When I wasn't given an invoice to know where the rest of items were I called in and was on hold for an hour then the representative hung up on me, emailed their support about it and it was never addressed, sizes never fit right. Just all wrong
I am happy to give a high rating for my first shopping experience. I e-mailed to confirm shipping time as I was in a hurry for boots for a costume. I received a response within the hour AND they even went as far to verify my product was in the warehouse to prevent possible delay. I received my package as promised and was very happy with the quality as well. Best of all was the excellent customer service I received which is sadly rare these days. I was also happy to see 50% off sale that day that amazon wasn't offering and they shipped faster than amazon even!

I was able to fit the shoe but calf circumference was to small.
My package was suppose to be delivered by UPS and it got transferred to the USPS and delayed another day. And if I am not there it will be Monday before I can get it. This sucks! I will no order anything else from you because I wanted UPS shipment not USPS!
I was satisfied with the website and purchasing the item. However it is has been 8 days and the product has not been shipped yet.
Called customer service about my package and they took forever to answer then when they finally answered the phone they couldn't locate my order number terrible service and my dress still isn't here and it's way past 7 days

I ordered 2 sweaters/tops. One was okay and as pictured. The sweater was ordered in a large but fits my 55 pound very skinny 8 year old. And since there are no labels or sizes on the clothing, I don't even know if the wrong size was sent, or its just ridiculously tiny. Two stars bc one shirt was "okay".
I ordered my items October 29th to be here by November 6th it is now November 11th and still no items I wanted them for my bday and now it's too late I don't understand who chargers 17 dollars for their items to take two weeks!
They charged me for items they didn't have instock and are yet to refund my money. This is my first time ordering from them and am not sure I would be partronizing them again
I won't call it a scam because I did receive PORTION of my order. Ordered 3 items only received 2. Email numerous times but no response. Forget about calling the customer service. You will be on hold for an hr and still no one picks up. Read other reviews before putting up with ordering from them.
Waiting for shoes still, per UPS website package is in Illinois but will take an additional two days. The shipping is horrible
Was absolutely thrilled with how my boots felt and fit when they arrived. But after only wearing them once the tags around the tops started to fall off. One boot has none now only after wearing them twice
I ordered two off the shoulder sweaters (one for me and one as a gift to my sister). The package came fast and both my sister and I love our new sweaters! I'm usually a small and the fit is perfect. I will be purchasing from them again soon!
The boots look just like the picture, and fit according to size. It got to me within a week. The only problem I have is paying shipping of about $16, which was actually more than the boots cost.
