I never received any confirmation on my order and are now wondering if i need to start tracking.
I paid for 2day air and didn't receive my costume until November 2nd, 7 days after I ordered it. What did I pay $26 for if I couldn't receive it by halloween. So I called to see what was going on on October 30th and they told me it wouldn't be here until after halloween and that I couldn't return it. If I knew I couldn't return and wouldn't get it until after halloween then why would I have bought it and paid that much for 2 day air? The customer service sucked and now I'm stuck with a costume I don't need.
I ordered a Halloween costume early on wednesday Oct 28th morning with 2 day delivery. The costume arrived on Tuesday Nov 3rd. I contacted Lollicouture. They just replied that there was a delay in the processing and that certain items with certain SKU's take longer. There was no indication on the website that this item had a certain SKU that would take longer to process and is a special order. I even went back to double check on the website later that I did not miss a detail or a note. So I paid over $40 in shipping for no reason. The company is not helping and just had a "too bad" attitude.
I created an account at the end of July and was glad the site had a wish list b/c I found a lot that I liked. I came back many times to the site to review stock levels and new arrivals. On 10/15, I had login issues and had to contact support. After no reply from submitting a request for help by the next day, I emailed support outside of the site. I never received a confirmation email for help, plus I was trying to order in time for Halloween. During my login issues, a box popped up for 45% off my purchase. I was thrilled and actually thought it was a surprise for the site being buggy, but I still don't know why I saw it. I brought this up to support. It was never addressed or offered again to me. They did not have the solution to my login problem and gave me another reason to take issue, that their mobile site was "somewhat faulty." I was not using the mobile site. I determined my own solution and relayed this to them in case other people had this problem. I received no apology for my troubles or thank you for my help. I still placed my order on 10/16. After a week of no communication, I logged into my account to see that my order was still "in process." I had to contact support again to question when the items would be shipped and inform them that I needed them for Halloween. I was given this answer: "These items will ship Monday. As we have wound down from summer, swimsuit sales have gone down, so they’re availability sometimes takes longer than usual." Nowhere on the product description nor checkout does it say that the item is back-ordered, out of stock, or from a drop shipper, etc. If they sent the items out on Monday, that would have been on 10/19. This company is located in California. I expected that my items would arrive in plenty of time for Halloween, especially since this is not the focus of the business. I was unable to use the 6 identical items I ordered to complete a costume I was selling b/c they did not arrive in time. The package arrived on 11/7, almost 3 weeks after it was supposed to have shipped. I ordered many items online this Halloween season, avoiding out of country shippers when possible. However, I had a Chinese shipper contact me about an issue, agree to wait for a new batch of the product, and still send it to me quicker than a domestic seller. Although I liked many products on this site and my product quality is good, I will hesitate before purchasing again from LolliCouture.
I loved the two pair of boots I ordered. But one pair did not fit. I tried several times to request a return authorization, but could not make my password work. After several attempts and links that were sent that did not work, I gave up.

I ordered a costume on October 28th for Halloween. The order guaranteed a two day delivery. On Saturday, Halloween day my costume was not delivered. Consequently, I was not able to wear my desired costume. I called early Monday morning to determine what happened. The costume was out of stock. This happens. However, I would have appreciated a phone call or email. Contact information was provided. I do appreciate the charge being credited to my account in a timely manner.
Boots fit great! Was concerned with calf circumference but the fit was perfect! All around pleasant shopping experience. Will most certainly buy from again. Can't wait til it rains!
My item was supposedly 1 day to process 5-7 days to ship. I received it 2 weeks later.
I called every day for 3 days, but magically they were never open. Their hours on their website are wrong. Apparently they are open 10am-4pm. Not that they answer their phone then either. Or their email.
I'd like to return the see through dress I got, but I'll never get a hold of them to do so. And even if I did they are such a scam that I'm sure they'd never credit me my money. Hate this company
My order was never shipped and I never got confirmation that it couldn't be shipped. I also did not get my money refunded until very late and had to go through my credit card company. Every time I tried to call, the wait would take forever.
I am so glad that I decided to go ahead and get my boots! I have had some times where I didn't get what I paid for but with you guys I got that and more. My package was on time and everything was perfect I will be shopping again. The prices are very resonable for the shoes. Love love love you guys. Thank you so much
It's funny how y'all sent me this but I never got a confirmation email or anything from you guys. We're calling customer service rep told me the reason why is because I checked out as a guest and she still wasn't able to send me anything about my order to my email. What kid of service is that
I never received and email saying my dress was shipped out and then a week later with nothing they did a refund without even asking me if I wanted one. I still want the dress not a refund and this is the first time ever i have never received anything in an email about an item being shipped. I am very unhappy.

Shipping rates are too high, hold time for customer service is ridiculous, shipping time was ridiculous as well especially when shipped to next County over... for a person who does a lot of online shopping the experience was below a zero!
I wish i read the reviews before ordering. I ordered. A dress with second day air last Wednesday and i barely received it today. They told me they could not give me my money back for shipping, only store credit for the dress itself. Waste of $60

Answer: Best of luck I paid for 2 day shipping and got my item over 2 weeks later. The item i got on time was damaged. The quality was awful...
Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.
Answer: Dont believe nothing they tell u this site is fake they take ur money supposely send u ur items give u a fake tracking number n u never get your things. Its been a year since i order was suppose to get a credit n didnt get either or.

Answer: SIZING RUNS SUPER SUPER SMALL, IM SLIM AND PETITE AND THEIR SMALLS FIT LIKE EXTRA SMALLS, ITS LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE TO ORDER 2/3 SIZES LARGER PLUS ITS A HORRIBLE SITE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
