The website is very confusing
They promise you 50% off but don't give it. They said they were having website problems
Couple days later day at 55% off they gave the discount but could not place the order because they're welcoming gift and free gifts over $100 was out of stock
The only way you can place your order was to eliminate your free gifts from the shopping cart so you never get them. Then instead of getting 55% off I only have 50% off. Placed order over a week ago and there's still no update I'm the progress of my order. If this company was not listed on the manufactures webpage I would almost think this was a scam website. Another thing to note
The bag and shopping cart are two different screens but they look similar. You cannot place your order from the bag only from shopping cart

The dress I ordered was for a black tie retirement party with a safari theme. It is not one of my favorite patterns but my desire was to stick to the theme. However the dress I ordered was NOT the same dress advertised on the website. The picture & description of polyester/ rayon/spandex blend, a soft flowing material with an overlay. The dress received was a cotton material without the overlay and didn't flow as I thought. Needless to say I was deceived & disappointed...
I ordered a jacket from Lollicouture that was too small. According to their return policy, I should have been issued an RMA number upon request, but I never received a response after multiple requests. I will never again order from Lollicouture
I placed the order on nov 6 on the 11 th you sent me an email with the tracking # when I track the package the delivery was scheduled for Monday November 16 when I checked again on nov 16 supposedly they did the delivery on Saturday and they left it there in front of my door. I don't have a gate so I don't know what happened with my package. I already file a claim with ups.
The boots are fabulous and the skirt is great also loved the price.

Customer service does not care and won't get back to you. Ordered my item over a week ago and it's still "processing." YEAH, it hasn't even shipped yet. Very unprofessional. Never ever again. Don't waste your time

I ordered what I thought would be great boots, however when I recieved them though the foot part of the boot fit the upper cafe part did not. The disccription if these boots did not give any measurements for the upper cafe. Then when I requested a refund because there was no way I could ever be able to wear these boots and a larger size would not work, I was told I coild not get my money back because of a policy (that was not explained well before I bought the boots). Now I am out my money and the boots. I will never order from you again and I will recomemd to everyone I know to never order from you againm
