It Took 21 day's to get the Costume that was one size to small. To late to return and replace for the Halloween Party. You said to send pictures. Why? If I send it back there's your proof on the TAG. If the bag say's the right size and the tag on the costume is wrong. Why should I have to send you pictures for what you did wrong. I just want my money back! I did nothing wrong but order from You! Costume is still in the bag it come in. Please Reply

I love all my shoes, the quality is good the styles are great, the prices were awesome and the delivery was fast. The only issue I had was with the amount I paid for shipping. The website advertised free shipping on all orders over $50.00 no coupon code necessary. My subtotal was $88.90, however they charged me $30.99 for shipping and handling fee. I wrote lollicuture to inform them and was told "There are three requirements that you need to meet before the free domestic shipping applies:

> 1) You have to have at least one regular priced item in the cart
> 2) You can't be using more than one coupon code (the free shipping counts as one already)
> 3) You can't have any deal items in your cart"

IT DOES NOT STATE THIS IN PLAIN SITE ANYWHERE! Other than that I would definitely order from them again.

I sent a pair of boots to my daughter in college. While I haven't seen them myself because she is away, she told me there's a warning label on the sole that claims the product contains possible health risks associated with carcinogens. I told her to package them up because they are going back to Lollicoulture. The shipping cost was more than the product... I learned a lesson. Pretty suspect. And how can a company stand behind a product they know is dangerous?

I will never order from this bootleg unprofessional "company" again. I placed my order on November 10th with 2 day shipping. I had to email customer service to request tracking information because all I received was an email confirming my payment was received of course. The email response from this "company" was unhelpful and condescending. Today finally on November 18th I get an email saying my item has been shipped and I got a tracking number, A WEEK LATER! A $25 dress + $27 two day shipping and still no dress 8 days later, my event is this weekend so who knows if this item will even work

The boots were not well described or photographed on the site. When received, notice on bottom stated material " california proposition 65 warning. This product contains chemicals known to the state of california to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. ZERO return info in box. Shipping price too too high. Will not use you again or recommend you

I ordered two items that said that were in stock. That was Sunday November 8 and today I called on Wednesday November 18. They are finally shipping the heels I bought for my fiancé after they check with the shipping department. The other item is in backorder even though it say online that it was in stock. I called to cancel item and now they telling me it all depends on if the item has shipped from the other company it gets it from. By the way also I emailed them on Tuesday November 17 regarding my order and never responded. I had to wait over 15 minutes just to talk to someone regarding my order. I hope this review is helpful, but I know I will never again purchase anything from LolliCouture.

Ordered a black boots 510 I received a black boot one size 7 and one size 7 1/2. I have emailed four times with no response! I paid for second Air $20 and now not only do I not have a boot they are not in stock anymore I've lost my postage and the cost of the booth.
To make matters worse no one will contact me to give me a RMA label!
I sign into the account to register for an RMA slip and it states I have no history of a purchased therefore I cannot obtain the label.
I cannot solve this major problem with about someone contacting me. I call the phone number before 10 AM and it gives you instructions and Office Hours. I call after 10 AM and a recording states the line is busy.

I have ordered from this site before through my friend Marlene so I was familiar with the price and quality of the merchandise. However there was a misunderstanding about the promotion the company was running. It said free shipping on orders over $50 & $75 dollars which was the deal seaker for me. Obviously the small fine print stated that no items could be clearance which on a mobile device is almost impossible to see. I ordered 14 pairs of shoes for a little over $80 dollars. Excellent deal. But the shipping was $39.99 which could have purchased 5 to 6 more pairs of shoes... through emails we exchanged it felt like an argument but the following day I was able to speak with someone who actually explained the advertisement. My shipment will arrive tomorrow on the 18 hopefully with my free gift I was promised and merchandise in good condition.
