Great shoes at an even better price! I love every pair of shoes I received. They look and feel great! I only wish that I received a box for each pair to store them in.
I waited a month for my order and alter numerous emails and phone calls was told that my package went to Israel in stead of Bahrain and it got returned back to them. I asked for a refund since it cannot be delivered to Bahrain and they deduct more than half the price for a shipping fee that never happened in the first place (since it was their fault for shipping it to Israel and not Bahrain) and the rest will be shopping credit. So all in all, no refund!
Simply thieves! How can you offer me store credit when you are not even able to deliver the items to Bahrain?
Very straight forward and easy. Placed my order, received e-mail acknowledging my order right away. Next day I received another e-mail telling me they had my boots in stock and that my order would be delivered on Friday. True to word... I received my boots on Friday and they were exactly as described. I love my furry boots. Thx, Lolli

But I have order in the past and I've been ordering from you people I don't fortunately I have returned some boots back while back never heard from you guys never replied never said anything about my boots that I have send back there were damaged and I am still waiting for someone to email me or to tell me what can they do for me
Since I tend to fluctuate between a small and medium, I ordered 2 jackets to ensure at least one would fit. They arrived quickly, but are both ill fitting and poor quality. Not only that, but neither size was marked, so I had to try both on in order to guess which was which. Due to the cheap quality, I knew right away that I did not want either and messaged the company with the order number as instructed. I'm still waiting to hear back on return instructions, so I'm not able to leave a full review on my overall experience... but, so far disappointing.
Poor quality products, terrible shipping policy, terrible return policy. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Now I am stuck with products I don't want but can't return. I will never shop on this site again.
Never received my dress. Yet I got a email telling me I left something in my shipping bag! It was my dress! At a substantial savings! I called Lolly couture, they told me my dress was sold out! But when I placed the order it said in stock! I'll never shop lolly couture again!
It did take 2 weeks, but I have to say EVERYTHING is as described. The clothes fit, and are of good material. The shoes are a perfect fit, and love them! My dress is exactly my size. I am shopping next week, and excited to buy some boots!
I found out that I could not return my sale item which is fine but it did not fit right and I wanted a smaller size but they said I couldn't do that

Absolutely hate this online store! Terrible customer service and very rude, not to mention they jip you for your money. Not worth it! Spend your money elsewhere!
The shoes don't even come packaged separately, just thrown in one box to ship. The shoes are not fit to size, they're better sized for small footed people. They are made in China and are better suited for their size feet. A size 10 in these very cheaply made shoes is probably the equivalent of an American size 8. Never buying from this company again!
The only thing I didn't like about this seller is the shipping it wasn't extremely bad but when a site say they will ship in 24 hours that's what I expect. Items didn't ship until 4 days later. Overall not bad sshipping. Ordered 10/8 received items 10/19 please keep in mind this was regular shipping. Liked the items purchased will shop here again.
First time buyer and I love the jacket! It is a nice fit and is true to color/style. I look forward to stealing a great buy in the future :)
