I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on Tuesday, November 17th. On Tuesday November 24th, I received two pairs of shoes and a sheet that had "Refund" written beside the missing item. This was yesterday. I checked my bank again today and still no refund. I understand that counters for items can be off at times, however, when an error like this occurs, I expect a swift refund and an apology, rather than the packing slip simply saying "refund". Despite a missing item and a delayed refund, I'm actually quite happy with my purchase. The shoes looked exactly like the photos, fit perfectly, and arrived quickly. I will order from this company again. I just hope I receive the refund sooner than later.

I bought 2 bathing suits from their website. After I bought them I realized they take a few extra days for shipping (3-4) which I was unaware of until I realized I didn't get a email giving me my shipping information so I had to go under their policies to find it. I wish they made it more aware when buying bathing suits. After the 4 days, I emailed them saying I still haven't received an email saying it shipped and they answered immediately. They said it was just shipped and then I finally got the shipping number and could track it and it took 2 days, which was perfect. The bathing suits were ok quality but sizes are a little off. I got Smalls, and the one bathing suit fit and the other one didn't at all.

#1: I ordered a sweater in a size large,
It got like an extra small n tag was ripped off so I couldn't confirm if it's the size I requested. Perhaps large in juniors. Definitely not adults large. #2: I ordered camel boots n received two left foot/side. I notified support of this issue same day they arrived and I still haven't been refunded or had them replaced.
#3: Still waiting on my back order shipment.
I just ordered another pair of camel boots so if possible just send the two rightys to go with my two leftys.
So I will just have a spare pair and just skip the refund/replace process.

PLEASE don't order anything from this place. I should have listened to the bad reviews I had read about it. I waited one month for my stuff to get in. When I received them they were not to size! So I called them and asked if I could return or exchange and they said yes. They said I would receive store credit. When I called to ask for my store credit they said they were going to give me $17, when I originally had spent $69! They have horrible customer service!

Shipping was quick. Clearance items do not apply to the free shipping and that was not specified until I went to check out. I was not notified about an item not being available until my order arrived and it took almost three weeks and two emails to get a refund for the item that was not shipped.

Just a little small. So I was a little disappointed but I always order my shoes from this site which is a plus but this is my first purchasing clothes
