The delivery took longer than expected once it arrived i was disappointed because the clothes in ordered did not look like the picture but the boots were the perfect wedge heel I was looking for not too high

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this company and both times the shipment had taken over 3 weeks and I only live one state away from the company. Called customer service because they provided an invalid tracking number, they said they would call me back and never did. When I finally reached them again the customer service rep was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me.

They have hung up on me 7 times and will not answer
Any of my questions or call they just hang up and one even lied about being a supervisor. If this is the kind of service I get from this company I promise you I will not order from you again very unsatisfied customer.

Hi, the boots I bought are just as shown on the website. Not overly fancy, but great considering the low price. They shipped quick and the price of the boots was very reasonable. My only concern is they seem to have a strong mothball smell inside. I'm not sure if this is from where they were stored. I'm hoping the smell lessens, and they'll be great!

I placed an order two weeks ago and it is still in Compton, CA! I placed the order with enough time per their website for shipping. Guess what my event is this Friday and today is Monday! The price of the items is not the point! As a company you should fulfill your promise. I have called with a constant busy signal. I have sent an email with no reply! First and the last time will I ever with this company!

I didn't like that I was supposed to get a certain percentage off my order plus free shipping and ended up paying for it anyway along with the fact it was expensive & took awhile. The items were worth it but one item had to be refunded since it wasn't in stock 7-10days later

This company is horrible! I paid to have an item shipped over night. I got a call the following day that I would not be receiving my order, so they were asked to kindly cancel the order, in which they responded to me that was not possible. I have yet to receive the boots, which I ordered over a week ago, and paid the additional fee to have them shipped overnight, NOR, have they credited my card back!

Items were delivered as schedule and everything was correct. Prices good and love my skirts

I bought a tank top and a bathing suit on November 21st. I emailed them on the 24th asking when will the clothed be shipped. They replied that same day and said their stock for swimsuit is low and should be shipped at the end of the week... it's Monday the 30th and my clothes has still not been shipped. Very disappointed with LolliCouture. I won't shop here again.

The package is still not here, haven't even shipped out of California yet, the tracking shipment said expected to be here by nov 28 and now it's the 30 and still no progress on the shipping method,

Received my order quickly. Got what I ordered. Will shop with them again.

I got what I wanted in a timely fashion and the price is absolutely un beatable.
The only thing that I didn't like is that I didn't get the boxes to the shoes I ordered.
Something I really need because I like my shoes to stay new. Plus with the shipping price they could have easily sent me the boxes

Order and received item with in a week, quick dilvery abd the product was exactly what I ordered. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely be ordering more due to my excalant experience!
