I placed my order on 11/26/15 and as of 12/4/15 my order still has not shipped yet.
8 days later my item still has not shipped! The website stays order would be shipped same day or next day. I called customer service 12/2/15 and they stated my order would be shipped 12/2/15 but I still haven't received an email stating it has been shipped.
This company steals your money! Their clothes are cheap garbage. What you see in their online store is NOT what you recieve. I placed two seperate orders, the first order I never recieved but they took my money with no problem. The second order I only recieved half of the items. When I called to complain they didn't care or help but took my money. To all the women out there shopping online please do not buy from this company they are scamming people. You will lose your money and never recieve your items. I wish I would have checked reviews before dealing with them. They also have another website called Pink, so beware it's the same scam artist. I'm going to do all I can to close these people up. I'm going to go all over social media to get the word out about them and tell people not to buy from them. They scammed the wrong person because I will stop at nothing to ruin this company!
I order about 2 weeks ago and still haven't received an order status on my dress. I will not order from this site again and neither would I recommend it to anyone else.
Ordered about a week ago, still have not gotten a tracking number for my order. They do not answer phone calls.
I was google searching for a site where I could buy spandex pants and this site looked amazing with great prices! But, you get what you pay for. The material is thin and cheap, they do not stretch, and the colors are not as the pictures show. THEN I spent over $200 with them and half of my order was backordered so who knows when I will get my clothes. I must say this is one of the worst shopping experiences I have had.
I still have not received my merchandise, which is very disconcerting. That's the reason for the low rating. If I could actually see what I was rating it might be higher, or lower, who knows.
The website doesn't recognize my email or password it's been 9 days since my card was charged but I've not received my item or an email confirming order.
I called the customer service line and asked if I would receive the free shipping offer since my total was over $50. I was told I would relieve free shipping and the total wouldn't reflect until the end of the order after it was placed. I then checked my checking account and was charged $25 for shipping! I then called back to cancel the order and every representative I spoke to was rude, hung up on me, and refused to cancel the order. I had to speak with my bank in order to even get my money back. I will NEVER use this website again. Terrible "customer service."

Lollicouture STINKS! Worse customer service in the world and the worse return policy ever. Arrogant, rude reps who hang up on you after you wait on hold for up to 45 minutes. DONT SHOP LOLLICOUTURE PLEASE, I AM BEGGING YOU. I AM BLOGGING ABOUT THESE FOLKS ON ALL MY SITES AND I AM A PERSONAL SHOPPER.
I ordered something over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I'm very close to canceling the credit card transaction as I needed the items for this weekend
I received my order very promptly and my questions were answered thoroughly. I would order from LolliCouture again as well as recommend this site to my friends!
I ordered two pairs of boots from Lollicouture, they was $9.99 each clearence. The right boot was very dirty when I received them on both pairs. I understand they was clearance but they was suppose to be new. I emailed the company with pictures of the boots and was told there was nothing they can do about that. Very dissatisfied and will never order from them again.
Everything advertised looks so nice. When I received my order, the material was cheap, it looked like it wasn't even new material. And I saw marker lines on the tips of the shoes from where they tried to outline something. If your looking for quality, forget this site. I would never buy here again if I was looking for something I planned on wearing.
Their attitudes are horrible a lady went off on me an then hung up I call back a man answer the phone he got smart an hung up to I never will order anything from them ever an when I call back to ask him what's corporate he told me he couldn't give it out an hung up worst service ever
I ordered 15 pairs of shoes and 2 I can't fit... Lollicouture if spelled right and don't really care. Anyway... Ordered my size at that and this company wouldn't exchange... Get this because of the dollar amount for their shoe sold to me was not a true 6... I'm super upset...
