I ordered a bright orange skirt & top. I waited Forever to get it... It shows up, and it's the ugliest brown copper color I have ever seen! So disappointed ~
Very first time purchasing... Everything came like it was suppose 2 & it was fast shipping... So I decided to purchase a second order. Praying for fast services again..
I love the sweater and ordered a large which should have been big for me. The sweater is way too small and is more like a size small than a large. I really like the color and style but, I am extremely disappointed. There is not a bigger size than a large listed. If there was I would have ordered it because I liked it that much.
Items were not good quality at all, then to send them back, It cost me 20 dollars. Will not be purchasing again from them!
I ordered a pair of boots for my girlfriend, it took 3 days just to process my order, took an extra day to actually ship it, has been 1 week and half and still nothing. Shipped from CA and I live in Reno, NV. It's right next to each other, it should not take this long. So disappointed with how slow their service is. They also charged me $17 for standard shipping, WTF?! Forever21 charges a reasonable $7 for standard shipping for a similar product, this is RIDICULOUS! Really regret ordering from here :(
I ordered a product over 8 days ago and it has yet to be shipped. At all. I've received only confirmation that I ordered it but it has yet to be on its way to me. I've been so excited to see what I ordered and I'm afraid now that it won't arrive at all. :(

I was told be a customer rep that I could return a show that did not fit properly however when I went to inquiry about it I was denied. Very disorganized and upsetting. Never shopping with them again.
My experience was very good. My item was out of stock and customer service made sure that I had a choice to choose something else.

The website was fine and purchasing was easy. However, a week after placing my order, it still has not shipped.
I tried to create my account then place my order with no success. Once I placed my order as I was able to create an account but once I received an email about my order being shipped and tried to log back in to read more information I was unable to. I contacted the site by email and was satisfied with the customer service stating that the issue should be resolved this weekend but I am unaware if I will be able to access my account or will I have to create another one?
Arrived on time and look just as pictured. Am giving to an 8 year old for Christmas. The standing foot is not attached but snaps on for use as a suitcase. Pleased with the quality.
Free shipping after spending $50.00 should be universal regardless of what items are purchased. Excluding items such as bathing suits are ridiculous
