The products are good quality.
However, I did not get the discount for my order and it was still valid. I did contact the company and explained that the page did not have a box to enter the code and they replied they could not give me the discount after my order. No offer for a future purchase discount.
If a customer is paying 14.99 for shipping there is no way it should take a week for customer to receive the order. I have ordered from other sites and the shipping is less and I receive the items quicker and they came from California as well. The shipping rate should be $5.00 dollars being its not being rushed to the customer!
Let's just say, the email on the site is not valid and the number on the site is invalid and the other one is always busy. The company did not hesitate to take my money, they provided me a tracking number a week ago and there hasn't been an update on it since. I purposely ordered the item 2 weeks in advance because I need it this coming Saturday and it doesn't even seem like it will be here in time which I'm very angry about. I have nothing good to say about this company. I will NEVER order from them again. If there was an option to give zero stars, that's exactly what I would give. I don't even want the item, I want my money but seeing that I can't get in contact with the "company" that may not happen.
The only mishap that occurred is when they sent FedEx then change over to usps, they lost my package and I had to find it.
I love lollicouture! I've purchased boots from them about three times and the quality is a lot better than I thought it would be. Shipping is kind of pricey and it does takes a whole week to receive your order. The big downside is some of the shoes dont come with their original box so they pack the shoes up in plastic bags. I do have one issue with lollicouture and it is regarding my last order. It just delivered yesterday and one pair of shoes is missing that I ordered. I'm not sure if it's out of stock or if there was a mistake. So I contacted their support, and they haven't responded. It would have been nice if they sent me an email before making a shipment regarding the missing shoe to possibly get a replacement or reimbursement.
I got the thigh high lace up boots. The online ordering was fast and easy, the tracking updates were accurate, and the shoes themselves are wonderful!
A reputable source that has worked for this company in the past told me that they mislead their customers on purpose. IF an item is damaged, doesn't fit etc etc. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND! No matter what they tell you. You will be lucky if you even get your package.
They write fake reviews on this site and other sites as well so their ratings aren't horrible. Please believe the negative reviews. These people are not trustworthy. Save your money. Its been 2 months and I am still fighting for a refund. I am also considering taking it to another step to expose them. If anyone has had a terrible experience with them or they feel like they have been scammed, please contact me. I will do whatever it takes to put pressure on them.
I placed my order on nov 30th and still havent recieved an email that my order has shipped. Didnt realize how long it would take.
I placed an order on Monday. My mother was then placed on hold without me being notified of such. 5 days after realizing that my order did not ship, I called & was informed that my order was placed on hold for some reason and my package will be shipped soon. Once I asked if I could be accommodated with express shipping on their behalf, I was told no and that I would have to pay $45! It has been a week and 1 day later and my package has yet to ship! Very VERY dissatisfied

I ordered a pair of brown thigh high boots and I love them! The website was super effective and they delivered in such a fast amount of time. Only complaint is the boots are lighter than the picture on the website but they're still cute as ever and super comfy! I will definitely order more from the site. The boots also fit true to size.
My boots zipper was broken upon arrival and so far the customer service is not helpful
I purchased a large order earlier this year and never received the goods. I was told I had store credit. When contacting your customer service no one helped me resolve this situation. I will not be ordering from your site again.

It's been about a week and I still have not received my purchase! I keep looking at the tracking number and in the FedEx site and all it says is that it's in CA somewhere and hasn't been shipped out when it was supposed to be here in 3 days! Really wanted those boots before the weekend bc I am going out of town and need them! Maybe I could get a call from the company ago what is going on? *******967 thank you
I bought two sweaters that were both the same style just different colors. The both said one size fits all, but the black sweater was considerably smaller than the white sweater.
