The lack of communication is terrible and your customer service reps are extremely rude. I will not recommend this company nor will I shop here again

I tried to have my order cancelled, they claimed they had no record of an order. Then two days later they told me they found it but couldn't cancel it because it was being processed in the warehouse. How is that my fault?

I still haven't received my dress, tracking number shows its been in Compton since the 8th of this month just checked it and it updated for the 12th but still in Compton

If someone is going to order something that could take two weeks or longer, I. E swimsuits, it would be great if you would mention before the purchase that it will take longer depending on your vendors. Now im going to be getting two bathing suits I needed the week that im gone and need them

It was easy. I was so happy about the price. My twins that are 12 years old wanted them. They will be happy on Christmas.

Ordered an ugly sweater for a party. Package didn't ship for a full week. Ended up having to buy another sweater from a store. Not a big deal, but just wish shipping had been faster.

Ordering easy. Cost arm n leg for delivery but still haven't received package. Tried calling but was placed on recorded hold. No one ever answered. Still waiting for merchandise after almost two weeks.

Love the shoes I ordered. The tops... eh. 2 are going to have to go back because they don't fit at all whatsoever. 1 I'm keeping just because it's a gift and I hope it fits the person.

I had great experience with my purchase received my order in a timely fashion; I am very pleased with my purchase and experience with lloicouture; they come highly recommended.

I have heard nothing about the status of my order since placing it 2 weeks ago.

I ordered some items about a week ago and paid for the express shipping which was expensive for my order still not to have been shipped and arrived yet I cannot get through to anyone and have been trying for 3 days, please don't waste your time or money on this place.

I made a purchase on November 29th, because I was going on vacation for two weeks. I called every day but I wasn't able to get in contact with anyone. I am very disappointed that I wasn't able to receive my package in time.
