The boots are perfect and I love the choices that your store provided, however the shipping fees were more than the cost of the boots, I had a lot of compliments on the boots, however I cannot recommend my friends to go on line to order a pair with the amount of the shipping fees.
All of my friends at work want a pair of these boots!
Please tell me what you can do for your customers about these rates and if I make another purchase, will you please consider giving me something off of the shipping fees or ship for free?
Great price for the sweater I was looking for, shipping was fast.
I called a customer Service number and it goes straight to a recording. The recoording says that yhe office is closed. All I want is an update on my order. If I don't get my item by Christmas Eve, I will contact PayPal and open a complaint.
I paid $36 for two day shipping so naturally I assumed it would take only two days. It took a week for my order to arrive and when I asked for a refund on the two day shipping and to just be charged for standard shipping they refused to and their reasoning was that their "system was off" and that's why it took more than two days; so I replied again saying that that shouldn't matter and I wanted to be refined they never replied. I will never be ordering anything from them again.
I ordered a sweater and the order was processing for several days longer than I anticipated. I contacted the support team to cancel my order, however a few days later I was charged for the item and received notification yesterday that it had shipped. Very disappointed. Will send item back and expect full refund.
I purchased some clothing on December 6 with the hope that by paying the $76+ dollars in two day shipping I would receive my package by December 10. Unknowingly there was a hold placed on my account in which my order could not be processed until I verified some information. The hold was placed Tuesday evening December 8. Upon verifying the information I asked the gentleman in the holds department, Jake, that because I had a hold placed on my account which I obviously was not anticipating, that it would mean I would still be expecting my package the next day, December 10; the day I needed it for. He told me that I had paid for two day shipping in which I agreed, yet corrected him by saying that because the hold was outside of my control, I paid for two day shipping in the hopes that in four days (from December 6-December 10) I should be receiving a package. Instead he said he would see what he could do and hung up the phone. I called his number back several times to cancel my order because if I was not going to be receiving the package on the date I needed then I do not need it at all. He ignored my calls so many times, never returned my emails or my calls. After not getting in touch with Jake, I called the customer support line in which I spent over an hour waiting for someone and when the young lady finally answered she told me there was nothing she could do and that she had no affiliation with the holds department and again, I was hung up on. I called the support line again to try my luck in speaking with someone else and after 30 minutes, the next young lady said that my order had already been processed and that I could not cancel. Again, I paid for two day shipping. On Thursday December 10th I received an email from fedex stating that my package was shipped and that I would receive it on Monday December 14th; eight days after my purchase.
Upon receiving my order, I opened the box and 1 of my items wasn't there. Once I looked at the shipment statement that came with my order, I noticed it was on backorder. I wish I was notified earlier, I need that item for an event.
I paid approximately $30 more for two day shipping. I needed the boots for a Christmas Party, theme color red, so I ordered red boots! Four days later I called your company in regards to my order. I was put on hold for eleven minutes and then cut off. Second call was on hold for over fifteen minutes. Finally a male customer service rep took my call and I was told my order would arrive the following week, too late for the party. I was told there was nothing he could do about it but refund my shipping and promptly hung up on me! Very poor representation of your company.
The sweater was supposed to be an XL, but it fitted like a small or extra small. I was disappointed about that. Aside from that, the package did arrive on time.

Shipping is too high and it is taking forever! I was supposed to receive my package Saturday but it never came. Now it says Wednesday so we'll see If it comes.
Took 2 weeks for my item to arrive. I purchased my items 2 weeks before I actually needed them for my vacation. I called and the representative with whom I'd spoken to told me she has no tracking information to give me because the product hasn't even arrived at their warehouse for them to ship it to me. I then told her to cancel my order because I wouldn't have them before I left for my trip and I wanted a refund. She did she would call me later that evening she never did. I had been emailing them and calling back to back only to not receive a response and no one answering the phone even when calling during business hours. The day I left for my trip I receive an email regarding my tracking info. I replied saying I told the representative to cancel my order and refund my money. I receive another email saying the representative must have been "confused" and since it's already shipped the cannot cancel my order which makes no sense because at the time I called to cancel my order, my item hadn't been shipped yet. Such a rinkydink and unprofessional business (if I can even call it a business) Will NEVER order from Lollicouture again!
The boots I received broke as soon as I put them on. The left boot was fine but the right boot as soon as I started closing it up the elastics started popping off.
Answer: Best of luck I paid for 2 day shipping and got my item over 2 weeks later. The item i got on time was damaged. The quality was awful...
Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.
Answer: Dont believe nothing they tell u this site is fake they take ur money supposely send u ur items give u a fake tracking number n u never get your things. Its been a year since i order was suppose to get a credit n didnt get either or.

Answer: SIZING RUNS SUPER SUPER SMALL, IM SLIM AND PETITE AND THEIR SMALLS FIT LIKE EXTRA SMALLS, ITS LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE TO ORDER 2/3 SIZES LARGER PLUS ITS A HORRIBLE SITE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it! Do your due diligence research. ~Kim
