I tried to call your customer service as I did not receive an order number when paying through paypal. I called at 5:36pm EST on 12. 8. 15 and when I stated my problem, the customer service rep said "what is your order number?" I then stated how can I provide that when that is why I am calling. She then hung up! Really? My first order with you and this is your customer service?!? I attempted to call back, waited for a rep, only for my call to be hung up on without anyone saying anything this time. I have been in the customer service field for 30 years and never dealt with such ineptitude!

I placed an order for two items. Paid an additional fee to have it rushed. I had planned an out of town getaway and wanted to wear both shirts that weekend. I only received one of the two items I wanted rushed to me. And received a note with it that the other item is not currently available. They shouldve told me that before I clicked "submit!" It's been a little over a week and no word on the other item. But again, I had it ordered on a 2day expedited shipment.

The item I did receive was a good fit.

I am very unhappy about how things went with this company. It was my first time ordering and certainly will be my last. They sent me the once piece version of the suit I ordered in a two piece. I contacted them via email and was asked to email a picture. Kind of a pain, but whatever. Then I was asked to fill out a RMA, then told to contact them when it looked like my return had arrived so they could refund my money. Really?!?! THey made a mistake and they are asking me to let them know when my return arrived to them and they would refund my money, when all I want is the correct swimsuit?!? If the purchase is worth being treated unimportant for and like you are the one who made the mistake go ahead and risk it. Not happening on my end. I am one unhappy shopper!

I recently ordered a pair of boots from this website as I was getting ready to travel in December. I placed my order on Thanksgiving day and paid extra for next day shipping (which means that my package still should have arrived before the end of November). I knew the company was having a black Friday deal (as most companies do after thanksgiving). I later discovered that I did not really like the item and decided to call to cancel. I contacted the company on Black Friday; where through a voice recording I found out the company was in fact closed. I tried calling the next business day and still couldn't reach anyone. Additionally, the website stated that I should not cancel any orders via email. When I was finally able to reach a representative (2 DAYS LATER), I was informed that it was too late for me to cancel and the rep even suggested that I should have "cancelled via email"... seriously?! I informed her of what the online policy was, at which time she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. Long story short... the rep, who also claimed to be a manager was VERY RUDE AND UPROFFESSIONAL! I even pointed out that I had still not received my package as promised, to which she claimed it was "on it's way." I informed her that it should not be "on it's way", it should already be here because it had been literally more than 72 hours later. She informed me there was nothing she could do and that my concern was not her problem... this was right before she hung up on me.
Long story short... the boots finally got here on December 4th, a whole week later... so I basically wasted almost $100 on some ugly boots from this company, that look nothing like I thought, that I hate and that do not fit right!
I WILL NEVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! EVER! IN THE EVERRRS OF EVER! Purchase ANYTHING! From this company EVER! EVER! AGAIN! And I PRAY that someone in their Corporate office is reading this review!
