Items never came... my items were on back order but no one ever told me this. Part of my order was shipped and the other portion never came. I made multiple calls to customer service, waited for hours to speak with someone and when I finally did they were rude. I had ordered from this company before and never had any problems, but after this time I will never recommend a friend or order again. I was very disappointed and have still not received all of my merchandise purchased from this company. Be very careful.
I ordered a pair of boots only to receive an email a few days later stating that my payment was refunded with no explanation why.
Not only was I satisfied with the site, I was pleased. The boots I ordered fit true to size and they look just like the picture posted on the site! Shipping was a little pricey but since the boots were inexpensive it evened out!
Only issue that I had was that the shipping is sub-par. Takes several days to process & ship out the item.

Refused to cancel my order before it even shipped, then lied THREE times about the delivery date! Was guaranteed expedited shipping and they did not come through. Good luck with customer service! You MIGHT get a halfway decent response via email. Be prepared to hold for 20 minutes if you call in! Will NEVER order from this pathetic company again!

I was really happy when i placed my order i Picked the colors i wanted and i was expecting to receive my order just as ordered. However days later i get a call stating that the color i wanted was unavailable THAT I HAD TO PICK ANOTHER COLOR, I was so disappointed, and i really didnt want another color That is why i picked the color i WANTED in the beginning When i placed my order it did not say it was outof stock it let me pick that color & size. WHY bother to take my payment if I wasnt Going to get what i wanted i picked another color but i wasnt happy with that order due to that.
I really love the boots I purchased they are pretty much as pictured in the advertising. However the clothing fit terribly and are made of cheap material. Be very careful what you purchase.
I wear a xl so I ordered an xl from you're web site and I said xl on the tag but I felt like it was a small It was very tight and short so I had to go and buy a new sweater to wear to the party I was going to

I were very amazed with time my shipping was completed and the boots are just amazing, perfect fit. I also order three other pairs of shoes and so far i'm very satisfied. I worried about the shoe size ordering on line can be difficult however they were perfect true to size.
We have not had an opportunity to use the product yet. I will review after Christmas.
Note: The box was dented when delivered.
This was my first time using this website, I tried to use the code for my free lip gloss and 15% off, however I didn't see where to enter the codes. I called the company to inform them, the lady that answered the phone was very rude and would not offer and help to me.
I placed my order over 10 days ago. Finally got my first item still waiting on my other 4. The part that gets me is they are x-Mas gifts. They might not be here in time. I think they should have sent me this survey after I got all my items and I think it would have been different.

It appears that my order was lost or misplaced by FedEx and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my many emails. I was on hold for over 30 minutes on 3 separate occasions. I can only listen to the same 3-4 songs over and over again so many times before I loose my patience. This has been a horrible experience and I will never order from this company again! I just want to talk to somebody at Pacsun to straighten this out!
