I ordered a sweater from this company, the company then lagged to send me the confirmation email and also did not meet the specific estimated time of delivery which lead me to cancel my order.

I ordered two bikinis for my wife 0n 12/15 for Christmas. They did not ship until 12/23 and will get here the earliest on 12/26. I checked on 12/16 to see when the items might arrive. When they told me how late they would arrive I asked to cancel, but they refused referencing their shipment policy. I contacted them twice more in an attempt to cancel, but they refused again. This was totally useless as a Christmas gift. Terrible customer service.

I placed 2 orders on the same day and requested that they be sent together. I received no email from Lolli giving confirmation, I received no info if the request was done. However once I reported to Paypal then all of a sudden I got a response but was told only 1 of my orders was processed and they didn't have my 2nd. I sent an email to Lolli giving invoice number of my 2nd order, I Still have not received anything saying it has been shipped. I don't want to hear "its the holidays" because I did online shopping and received orders Immediately and did not have to go through loops to get confirmation etc.The service over the phone is terrible because I waited for almost 30 minutes on hold only to be told that it will be sent in a couple days... That never happened. I will never ever order again because
There is no guest service anywhere.

Ordered 3pairs off boots on 12/11/2015 got a call rep there stated that the blacks boots I ordered didn't have in stock I chose another pair the rep stated they where shipping them out that day which was 12/18/2015 after a few days I called cs because I didn't receive a email with shipping info there still was no info so I called rep was very rude and didn't know what was going on with my order I was on hold 45min then the next day I received a email for shipping tracked my order and its stating that I won't receive my gift until 1/2.

The person I spoke with seemed annoyed that I would ask why the website says free domestic shipping over $50, and that this can be used with other discount codes, but in reality there are a lot of restrictions that are not detailed. They charged me $21 to ship 5 summer jumpsuits. The customer service rep had a HUGE attitude with me which is really why I will NEVER shop with this site again. Apparently this rep was sick the day they taught customer service in customer service school.

When I first saw Lollicouture I had never heard of them... So I went to look up the reviews on them. I read several negative reviews. I also read some really positive ones. I will admit, I was a bit nervous to order, but also realized, that most people in the world, like to voice negativity. So I loaded my cart with 4 pairs of boots and waited. MUCH to my surprise, I placed my order in December 17th, and received them today, December 23rd! FANTASTIC and QUICK delivery! AND did I mention during Christmas time? When delivery is sometimes delayed? I also just did standard shipping! The boots were ALL perfect, true to size, and better than in the pictures! I am BEYOND pleased with this company! OH! Also, I read reviews that people couldn't never get a hold of anyone, and the first time I called, their was the nicest young man on the other end. Answered all my questions, put me at ease when I explained my apprehension in ordering after the reviews.
So with all this, my final comment is, even though people like to complain, and post negative comments, this was an awesome, prompt, very affordable company for great quality! I will be shopping again! Thank you Lollicouture for exceeding my expectations!
