Thank you so much for getting my sweater on time! It was a HIT at my family chirstmas day. Jokes, fun and a good time! Perfect size, very comfy and a great look on me because my mans on it! Moving on I see the washing instructions but I am nervous to wash it! I cant wait for my next Drake sweater! Thank you much!
Ordered a Christmas sweater for a party... received item quickly.
I ordered more than a week ago as of this review and I haven't even gotten an e-mail notifying me that my order has shipped. I wonder if I'll ever get the CHRISTMAS gift i bought.
This sweater is very soft, light weight, pretty color and design, and the price was very reasonable. The only issue was that the sleeves were a little short but I have long arms. However, I would buy from LolliCouture again.
Shopping takes a long time for some reason. And for some reason my shipment went from Chicago. And to Wisconsin? Why they skip freeport where it is to be delivered
I tried for three days to place an order. I kept getting kicked out. I was sent discount codes to use UPT45 UPT50 and the did not work. I called customer service not very helpful. It seemed as if they did not want to be bothered. I've worked in that field for 25 plus years. I was disappointed with their response. Finally got an order to go through, I have not received it yet.
I paid $49.00 for two day shipping but didn't get item until nine business days passed. I had to call and ask where my order was before they even bothered to ship it. So, it was very late delivery and no refund for paying extra for two day shipment. Then item arrives looking used with missing piece of two piece costume. Again, no customer service satisfaction. Plus, returns rule was sent with costume... Can't return open package but I didn't know the problems until after I opened it. Wanted 30% restocking fee! As if my overpayment of shipping wasn't enough. Also had service rep lie about when order was shipped or shipping or whatever he could say to make me hang up.
I shop online all the time and this is the worst company I ever encountered. If zero stars were possible, that would be my rating. Sleazy and greedy should be company name.
I like the sweatshirt, but it came the day after christmas... I wanted to wear it for Christmas and I ordered it in adequate time per the website.
This is first time to order here. So I think I must receive my items first then I can give a feeback.

Saw the sweatshirt about 3-4 days prior to Christmas and thought my son would just love it! It came Christmas Eve... I was sooo excited. He LOVED IT. My son is a big Drake fan, so it was perfect. Thanks for making available so quickly! I will be ordering again!
Ordered on the 18 of Dec. N I have not received a notice of shipment or estimated time of delivery
I'm not quite sure how the product actually looks on because I have yet to try it on, however, I am submitting my review in hopes that the constant emails regarding this product will end. I first received an email to review the product before actually receiving it and have received multiple since. It is Christmas and I had to travel, so trying on a bikini was not high on the priority list. It does appear to be as listed and it arrived in a timely fashion. Please let this submission suffice as a review and end the constant email requests.
I received partial shipment (as a surprise) (on the invoice and fedex emails I received it stated the full order was being shipped and charged!) and have not yet heard back from customer service after I already called and spoke to a rude representative once. They charged me the full amount with no partial refund!
My order wasn't fulfilled and I recieved no notification until the package arrived. If I would have known that the package was going to be imcomplete, I would have been able to buy a different gift before the holidays.
Ordered an item from this site that was sent 2 day shipping. Well, because they take so long to fulfill an in stock item, it got here 8 days later. I needed the item for an event so when it finally arrived, it was already useless to me. They make you request a return #, so I did. They told me this item was not returnable because it was on clearance. Here's the thing, it wasn't on clearance. Wait, there's more. The item is cheap looking AND damaged. I expressed this and they don't care. So here I am with a late arriving, cheap, damaged item that I paid for and am stuck with. I guess I can use it as a cloth to clean my car.
The prices and customer service cannot be matched. I will be coming back again and again. I will recommend this site to others and look forward to doing business with you again soon :)
