Received order and one item was on backorder. Wish they had notified me of this prior to receiving because that item was going to be part of my New Years outfit.
I am however pleased with my thigh high boots and the price! I will continue to order from this site and continue to tell my clients about the great deals.

I ordered an adult xl sweater for a christmas party, it barely fit my 5 y/o daughter
I ordered 3 pairs of boots & 1 of them was completely wrong. Wrong style, color & size! LUCKILY I happen to love them so no harm no foul I guess but still a close call.
This was my first time ordering from your company I didn't receive all the items I ordered that was very upsetting. When you say an item was ordered and it was refunded on the invoice what do you mean by that? How long do back order items take to be delivered? Two of my products were back ordered. And one you didn't have. The items I did receive were ok I like them. Have a nice day.
Delivery was early and easy and the product (a sweatshirt) was softer than expected!

Ordered a sweater with 2 day air shipping on 12/21. Didn't get it until 12/29. When I emailed them to let them know that because I didn't receive it in the time it was promised to me, I wanted to return it. They proceeded to tell me that because the item number had some special code on it, that my item was considered "Special Order". Their policy contradicts itself because in the shipping policy section it says one thing regarding special order items and in the return policy it states something completely different regarding the same item numbers. None of which apply to my order because my item number does not have any of the item number/letter combinations in it to be considered "special order"! So this company is horrid and should not be in business. Their lack of customer service is astounding and rightfully should be out of business in a year.
This site has a wide selection of shoes and cloths. The prices are very reasonable and shipping was fast.
The clothes were poor quality, and my wife hated them, I will never buy anything from your company again, and I am going to return everything I bought.
Ordering was easy shipment arrived when promised and product quality was good, due to christmas rush shipment did take longer than I expected but was within the promised time window

I ordered something and paid for two day shipping to receive by the Thursday before Christmas. I saw no where on the page or in the cart area that this was a "special" order. I called on Friday because I had not received it yet and did not receive any confirmation or tracking email and was afraid it may have been lost. The individual I spoke with was extremely rude and provided the worst customer service I have ever had. He stated that it would take another four to five days because it was "special" order and I said I would like to cancel since I needed it for a party and was just going to go get something else. He stated that since it was already "in process" that it could not be canceled which is ridiculous because according to the beginning of the conversation it had not been available yet, nor had it shipped so how could it be "in process" if he just a minute ago had basically said it was back ordered. I told him if he would not cancel it I would like to speak with a manager and he said that it was not going to help because that is their policy and the "special" order was stated when it clearly was not anywhere on the item page or cart pages. I decided to just hang up and deal with receiving it when it came, but it was not anything like the picture on the site and was extremely poor quality. When I put it on it automatically was clear there were a few places where the fabric was pulling out of the sweater. It was terrible and when I called to get information how to return it because it was nothing like I had expected nor was it worth what I paid, they said normally it is a restocking fee but since it was "special" order it could not be returned. Next time they put up "special" items they should clearly mark them with the expectation and policies instead of being so shady. Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible company.
Ordered on the 17th of Dec. And now its the 30th! Still have not received my package nor have gotten an email that it was shipped yet. Standard shipping was 5-7 business days. Ridiculous.
I paid almost the same price as my order for fast shipping and they put my order on hold and called me and emailed me and never returned the email/call I told them if it wasn't going to get here in time to just cancel it and they just proceeded to keep sending it. They also called my sister who I never put down as a contact. This was a disappointing experience.
Called to ask why order not here yet paid for 2 day shipping not standard after noticing my confirmation email stating standard shipping. So I called and explained hey I paid for 2 day which is why my order was 15 dollars more. His response you must have clicked standard shipping I have your order right in front of me. I said no I clicked 2 day look at prices for shipping sir. He said well there's nothing I can do for you cause you made a mistake I have your order in front of me and it says standard. Tried explaining calmly again yes but look up price sheet I paid 15 extra to have them for my wife at Christmas never came if you don't want to refund me fine but make a note of it so your company can do an investigation. His response no I'm not going to do that you made a mistake have a nice day and hung up on me. Its people like that who destroy a business reputation preventing a possibly otherwise good business from growing and becoming more profitable.
I love the shoes selections that you have. They are gorgeous and price is fair. I think we can work on the cost of shipping only. Other than that, I had a great experience. But I'm still waiting for my shoes. I was hoping to get them before the new year. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Horrible service. I ordered my sweater Dec. 14 and called customer service to make sure I would receive it before Christmas and I got it the day after Christmas. WASTE OF MONEY!
The package arrived on time and I was satisfied with my purchase.
I've yet to receive my package. The delivery date was supposed to be December 26th however I have yet to get any updates on the whereabouts of my order and it hasn't been delivered.
Answer: Best of luck I paid for 2 day shipping and got my item over 2 weeks later. The item i got on time was damaged. The quality was awful...
Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.
Answer: Dont believe nothing they tell u this site is fake they take ur money supposely send u ur items give u a fake tracking number n u never get your things. Its been a year since i order was suppose to get a credit n didnt get either or.

Answer: SIZING RUNS SUPER SUPER SMALL, IM SLIM AND PETITE AND THEIR SMALLS FIT LIKE EXTRA SMALLS, ITS LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE TO ORDER 2/3 SIZES LARGER PLUS ITS A HORRIBLE SITE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
